House holiday rentals in Gainesville

Corey was very hospitable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we loved using the hot tub and pool after long days. The chlorine content of the hot tub was a bit above average during our stay, but still tolerable. Would definitely stay at Corey's property again!

Susan was a great hostess, her place was very lovely and I look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay lovely pool and wrap around porch. It sleeps five but the fifth person needed to sleep on the couch. The loft was nice, but I wouldn’t recommend it for younger children, very steep steps to climb. We enjoyed the recommendation of ice cream and restaurants. Easy 30 minute drive into Gainesville if your child is attending the university.

Great house! Well laid out, very clean, quick responses!!!

Our stay at this house was exactly what we needed and hoped for during our vacation. The area was quiet but close enough to needed amenities like grocery stores that we had access to what we needed. The house was gorgeous and well appointed. Extra touches like available shampoo and laundry detergent helped greatly when we forgot something or as we tried to keep on top of clothing and towels for the kids during our stay. Even the simple ability to grab the provided garage door opener during our day trips made loading and unloading our vehicle much easier which, when traveling with children, is so huge. The master suite of this house was exceptional. There was so much space, and the shower and tub were straight from HGTV or Better Homes and Gardens. Leaving this house was nearly heartbreaking. I can truly say this place may be our heaven on Earth, and we cannot wait to come back for more trips in the future!

Great place to stay. Pool was awesome. Only 15-20 minutes from the university.

We had our daughter’s first birthday here :). The entire experience was absolutely perfect! The backyard and pool was everyone’s favorite area to spend their time. The beds felt like heaven!!! The kitchen and closets were stocked with anything you needed! We found a dog feeding mat and a pack and play for additional babies!!! We will be booking this home again in the future! Overall, 5 stars!!! The host was so kind and accommodating!!! I really can’t brag enough!!!

My family of 4 stayed the weekend at Brittany and Patrick’s place, and it was absolutely amazing. This was one of the best and well stocked Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. First, it was super clean, and I especially loved the decor. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, and the living room was spacious for my family of 4. The bedrooms were cozy offering comfortable bedding, and the showers in both bathrooms were amazing. The courtyard was nice with a hot tub..even though we didn’t have time to use it like we had planned! Our hosts were lovely as they responded to all of my initial inquiries. Overall I give Brittany and Patrick’s place 5 stars, and I highly recommend it. Toni & Bob

Very large clean house. Plenty of beds. About 10-15 minutes from UF. 2 families stayed here while our daughters attended orientation for UF. The house was great for the younger siblings to entertain themselves. There is some traffic noise in the backyard but you can’t hear it in the house.

We had a great stay in a beautiful home! The home accommodated my family of 10 very comfortably. Everything was as mentioned and the host was very responsive. If we visit the area again, we will definitely book again.

Great location as far as being close to campus and downtown. We were in for our son’s graduation. This 4 bedroom home was perfect for our family! I would stay again if come back in town needing two or more bedrooms. The price was very competitive with the other options in the area.

Great place!!!

Perfect location for visiting our college kids, attending ceremonies on campus and near our favorite restaurants and stores. The house is immaculate, comfortable and well decorated. The fenced yard is great for our little dog. We own a short term rental and stay in them often. Stephen's communication is probably the best we have ever experienced. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful stay! We were visiting Gainesville to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and it was the perfect place! The yard and bbq, cornhole, ping pong/pool table all allowed us to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed. John’s electronic guidebook was helpful and he was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend Gator Grove Villa! Truly a 5 star stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were attending a youth golf tournament at UF and it was çlose by. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, lots of amenities, kitchen had all we needed and was well stocked with first rate dishes and appliances. We were only there for 12 hours and wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all it has to offer. Great Airbnb and highly recommend it for anyone. If we are ever in Gainesville again, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and spotless clean. Kitchen was great, everything we needed. Kristin was kind and accommodating, stayed in touch. We loved the location, historic homes and good restaurants near.

Great house. Perfect for a family or group visiting a student. Close to everything. Situated in a historic B&B district close to downtown.

Wow! is what I have to say about this place. We've stayed in quite a few airbnbs in Gainesville now since this was our son's first year at UF. None compare to this house. Squeeky clean, plenty of space and just as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable, they provided ample amount of towels and toiletries. Lots of fun amenities in the garage and everything worked great. The decor and attention to detail were refreshing. We got into town earlier than expected and the owners were accommodating and allowed us early entry. The only thing lacking was a toaster/toaster oven. This will be our go-to place to stay for the next three years.

This is our second time staying here. Gloria is a great host and if needed, gets back to you quickly. Home is comfortable, well-equipped, and has a beautiful view of the prairie right from the living room windows, often seeing deer, turkeys, and a family of Sandhill Cranes. We spend a lot of our time birding and there are so many preserves nearby, including Paynes Prairie. One morning we saw the wild horses on Bolen Bluff Trail in Paynes Prairie. Birding dawn and dusk right on the property down by the prairie was always amazing. You can spend time visiting the antique stores in Micanopy, which is 3 minutes away. And of course, Pearl’s Bar-B-Que and lunch/ice cream at Coffee and Cream is a must. We plan to return!

The house was great very nice but the tv on downstairs bedroom did not work and she was supposed to send someone to the house to fix it and did not and stop communicating with me. Other than that the house was really nice and the area.
