Ludivine’s place was exactly what I needed for my stay during my graduation weekend. Her place is really cute and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which came in handy when traveling with two other guests! The apartment was only 10 mins away from the University of Florida and was in a great location. Lots of food and shopping in a close proximity. The unit itself was very cute, clean, and even had games to play! There is a full kitchen and coffee maker, with coffee. Also a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry! Ludivine was very responsive and even let us know the apartment was ready for early check in. Would absolutely recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in Gainesville!

Our stay with Cathy and Dale Lakefront Retreat was nothing short of amazing. They were warm, generous, and super helpful from start to finish. The property is incredibly tranquil with plenty of privacy and nature all around—perfect for outdoor lovers. Birdsong greeted us each morning and evening, so bring binoculars if you’re into birding! Plant lovers, get ready to be wowed by Cathy’s stunning tropical collection. Local gems like The Grove Shack and Italian Betty’s hit the spot, and the BBQ truck on the corner was a delicious surprise. If you’re looking to unwind, reset, and escape the rat race, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Open concept, lots of sleeping room, closer to many fun things to do. Peaceful and beautiful in the country

We brought our Frenchies. The cows were so close. The dogs loved the cows. I love cows too. Bob is a nice guy and quick to get you anything you need. Bob has two cats and they are both friendly. My husband snored loud, due to allergies in the area. I felt kinda bad, because I worried that he was too loud, but Bob never said a word. We were able to drive out to Gainesville every day and do things, not a long drive. We thought the yard was fenced in, but it isn't completely, so the dogs had to stay on leashes while outside. That wasn't a big deal though. Over all, we had a great vacation.

Was a great location for us to attend graduation at UF. Conveniently located to restaurants.

I enjoyed my 5-day stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the apartment was clean and comfortable and having laundry facilities in the complex was ideal for my needs. Location was safe, quiet and walkable even late at night. Host was responsive and provided clear directions.

It was the perfect place to stay for my daughter’s ceremony at UF med school. So comfortable and clean and we found everything we needed there, and Melanie was super responsive when we contacted her. We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

Beautiful place and very clean! Had all the essentials - kitchen items, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, etc. Pleasant back deck overlooking a grassy area, great living room area, lots of closet space, nice washer/dryer, blackout shades in spacious bedrooms. Niki was quick to respond and very helpful. Would 100% stay here again.
