I can’t say enough good things about Liz’s place. Beautiful neighborhood and clean, well-appointed guest house. We loved being able to walk to downtown. And Liz was very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Jess’ place. Everything for daily needs and absolutely nearby. We enjoyed grilling and exploring springs in Central Florida.

I felt right at home in Lisa's home. Everything was beautifully decorated and updated. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, I felt right at home .Everything I needed was there. The location was perfect. I walked around the block a few times, that's how safe I felt. I would highly recommend Lisa place if visiting Gainesville Fl. I truly enjoyed my stay at Lisa's place.

This is my third time staying at Ryan’s and love his place, it’s clean and cozy a home away from home . Also a peaceful location which is walking distance to downtown and less than ten minute walk to my daughters school which is very convenient. If I come to Gainsville again before she graduates I hope this location is available I really love this place and Ryan is very accommodating and easy to communicate with .🌻

Gisselle went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Very comfortable bed and great spacious shower. Would be a great place to stay for a UF Football game or sports tournament like we did. Great price for the location near the University of Florida.

We stayed here for a graduation ceremony . The place is centrally located , easy to find , tons of parking spots . Nice private backyard . We had some trouble trying to unlock the door but the host was quick to respond and assist . Would surely recommend this place to friends

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

I had a few doctor appointments, and this place was perfectly located. It was just like the description, and the balcony at the back was perfect for relaxation and stargazing.

Amy is a very responsive and accommodating host. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Amy kindly welcomes guests with set of coded, water and bath supplies. The location is near to the stores and is very quiet. Amy is sternly accommodating, and it was a great pleasure to communicate.

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

He made the stay quite easy with my questions. Very responsive to all my questions. It’s a nine minute drive from Walmart, Publix, local stores. Very convenient area, very quiet and the pool was awesome.

Went into town with the whole family, dogs included, for a Gala. Perfect spot, close to nearby stores, restaurants and gala venue. Host thought of everything, goodies for the kids, pets and grown-ups. Place is beautifully decorated - if u like Batman & Joker, you'll enjoy it even more!

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.

We loved staying at Natalie’s ARB. Great location and upstairs view of the Haile community. The inside is roomy, comfortable and very relaxing. Natalie was flexible with our arrival time to accommodate us for getting to sporting events too. We will definitely be back.
