The entire house was incredible! The attention to detail was impeccable to the privacy fencing outside to the art on the walls. The more we explored the house the more we realized that the owners literally thought of everything when designing and furnishings the home. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Can't wait for my next visit

The River House was a great place for our family to have some much needed destressing for the start of the summer. The back yard is beautiful overlooking Long Creek. Birds, fish, alligators and the occasional dolphin brought a next level experience to our stay. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock catching: catfish, mangrove snapper, tilapia and snook. The back patio provides ample space to work on your tan around the pool. The pool is not large but perfect for cooling off and floating around. It is important to note that there are only 2 pool lounge chairs. The covered area is great for al fresco dinning and a show presented by the wildlife teeming within the protected preserve that surrounds you. The house was very clean and as described the showers are as amazing as they look. There were a few issues that Melissa was very responsive too. Great Stay

Truly a dream vacation! A great place where the best amenities are a private pool (always at a great temperature) and virtually a private beach, as there were very little to no people around during our stay. It was amazing to walk out from the back door and have the beach right there, ready to enjoy. Spacious house, as pictured, that was toddler-friendly and perfect for many meals that we enjoyed there as a family. Lindsey was a proactive and friendly host. We would definitely return!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful outdoor space — it truly felt like our own private resort. The pool was sparkling clean and the perfect temperature, surrounded by lush landscaping and plenty of seating to relax in the sun or shade. The outdoor area was ideal for both daytime lounging and evening hangouts. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee with birds chirping or grilling under the stars, it was pure magic. Inside, the house was just as impressive. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — it was a dream for cooking and entertaining. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from quality cookware to spices and utensils. The bathrooms were modern, spotless, and fully equipped with fresh towels and high-end toiletries, giving a luxurious hotel-like feel. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Loved our family vacation! Highly recommend staying here! The house was beautiful and the pool/hot tub was a favorite! The beds were also very comfortable! Loved how peaceful the canal was! We can’t wait to visit the area again!! Thank you Sebastian!!

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

Excellent stay! Was everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the openness of the inside. Perfect pool. Was able to swim night day & night. Patio was great to sit out in any time of the day or night. Outside patio fans were great. Matthew was helpful & kind. Beds were comfortable. Neighbor was peaceful. Perfect birthday, retirement & anniversary stay for our adult family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Matthew!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded getaway that’s close to multiple natural springs—but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Orlando—this is the place for you! Jose’s place truly checks all the boxes. The sunset views from the hot tub overlooking Crystal Lake are absolutely breathtaking. Having kayaks right on site made it so easy to get out on the water and completely disconnect for a while. If you’re curious about what “Orlando North” has to offer, I highly recommend booking a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and fresh. The pool was amazing and there was nothing this host did not think of that was provided, from beach chairs to a beach bag to pool noodles. The ambience of the pool deck with the lighting was perfect. The surroundings with the lush plants were beautiful. It was a perfect place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing home! The amenities and location were wonderful. The location is near delicious restaurants and fun attractions. The greatest attractions are within 20 minutes or less to reach and they offer you a handbook with different recommendations nearby. The house is beautiful, clean, and offered many amenities as described in the details. Miki and Neno were responsive in a timely manner and proactive to all communication given and were very kind. I highly weekend this place!

Tina allowed our pets and let us check in earlier we loved that the pool was Kid friendly . Nice location and clean house ☺️

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and super comfortable. The space had everything I needed and felt really welcoming from the start. You can tell the host put thought into making sure guests have a great experience. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses, easy check-in, and very helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated the little touches that made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I had such a great time and would definitely stay here again. Area was peaceful with short drives to wonderfully recommended places. The place was homey and relaxing. The pool was an awesome bonus. Very easy check in and host was very responsive!

very nice house, great and quiet location. very clean and great amenities. the kids loved the pool and the deck, outside seating is very comfy. we would stay here again, hopefully we can come back soon.

This is my second time staying at Debbie and Joel's home. The location is fabulous with a pond and walking trails located behind the house. The trails are amazing for a morning or sunset walk with lots of wildlife to see; wild turkeys, hawks, exotic birds were all abundant. The home itself is pristine and definitely has the best equipped kitchen I've come across in a rental. The pool was relaxing and always a great temperature and clean. Debbie and Joel are great hosts and responded quickly to any inquiries I sent. I will definitely be back on my next visit to The Villages!
