Shawn's place was wonderful! We felt right at home and all slept so GREAT! We will definitely be back. Absolutely loved it there! Everything was exactly like the pictures showed. Overall AMAZING!!!

Awesome place very large fully fenced in yard our Boston Terrier lived to wander around it. Nice yard with a fire pit and comfy outdoor furniture. Our stay there from Sunday to Sunday was great would go back there if we go to that area again.

Great house. Perfect for a family or group visiting a student. Close to everything. Situated in a historic B&B district close to downtown.

Another way of giving directions for finding the home for the first time: When you turn left as soon as you come through the gate, keep going on that road until you see a street sign that says Riverside Circle. Make a left and then it’s the first house on your right. I've stayed in a good number of Airbnb's & this one is the best one I've been to. The house is simply beautiful & the decorations are tasteful. The privacy is divine. The grounds large. Good outdoor chairs, including for a couple of kids. Shade on the dock in the afternoon. Lake can be a brown tea like color (from tannins) & murky. Stairs might make your calves scream. We lowered our bags down with a rope. Great to have outdoor sink on balcony. Great to have screened in eating spot. Beds & furniture better than average rental. Host is a super host for a reason.

Great place to stay. Pool was awesome. Only 15-20 minutes from the university.

Wow! is what I have to say about this place. We've stayed in quite a few airbnbs in Gainesville now since this was our son's first year at UF. None compare to this house. Squeeky clean, plenty of space and just as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable, they provided ample amount of towels and toiletries. Lots of fun amenities in the garage and everything worked great. The decor and attention to detail were refreshing. We got into town earlier than expected and the owners were accommodating and allowed us early entry. The only thing lacking was a toaster/toaster oven. This will be our go-to place to stay for the next three years.

We stayed here for a graduation ceremony . The place is centrally located , easy to find , tons of parking spots . Nice private backyard . We had some trouble trying to unlock the door but the host was quick to respond and assist . Would surely recommend this place to friends

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Tomy's house was a clean, comfortable, and spacious stay for our party of five who was in town for a family event. There was ample room for all of us to both sit together as well as to have privacy as needed. Nice pool area as well. Met Tomy briefly who was friendly and unobtrusive so never really felt he was nearby despite sharing the home with him. As a newer host we believe he is still 'dialing in' the overall experience [one sink didn't drain well, etc.] but these are minor details that I am sure Tomy can easily address. I would have no qualms recommending Tomy's comfortable home to anyone visiting Gainesville. He made the checkout very easy as well! We appreciate you sharing your home with us for three days!

Gregg is a very proactive host and excellent communicator. The townhome was exactly as pictured. We were in town for the weekend and enjoyed our stay!

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.

Our stay with Cathy and Dale Lakefront Retreat was nothing short of amazing. They were warm, generous, and super helpful from start to finish. The property is incredibly tranquil with plenty of privacy and nature all around—perfect for outdoor lovers. Birdsong greeted us each morning and evening, so bring binoculars if you’re into birding! Plant lovers, get ready to be wowed by Cathy’s stunning tropical collection. Local gems like The Grove Shack and Italian Betty’s hit the spot, and the BBQ truck on the corner was a delicious surprise. If you’re looking to unwind, reset, and escape the rat race, this is the place. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our work week. It was very comfortable and clean

Perfect location for visiting our college kids, attending ceremonies on campus and near our favorite restaurants and stores. The house is immaculate, comfortable and well decorated. The fenced yard is great for our little dog. We own a short term rental and stay in them often. Stephen's communication is probably the best we have ever experienced. We will definitely be back!

Interior seems to have been recently renovated. Very nice, very clean. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend.

Beautifully kept vintage cottage with original wooden floors from the 1940’s very comfortable and warm atmosphere Located close to downtown and campus I also enjoyed having my dog with me and we walked the neighborhood every day. Ananda is very friendly and responsive to all communications.

Amy and all co-hosts were amazing. Extremely communicative, friendly, understanding, and all around really incredible hosts during our stay. Their home is beautiful, was perfect for our stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there in the future and recommend anyone looking for a place in Gainesville to stay there as well. I would give 10/10 stars if that was a option.

Ethan’s place was just as pictured and it’s a short drive to local places! We enjoyed our time here and will book again!
