We enjoyed our stay while in town for a wedding.

We went to Gainesville to celebrate my daughter’s white coat ceremony. We stayed in Williams house which by the way was huge, nicely decorated , well kept, very clean, very spacious for all the family members and with a beautiful natural surroundings. All of us felt at home. We would love to repeat our stay in the near future.

Our stay went well without any issues at all. Excellent communication-- very quick response time and very thorough which was appreciated. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials -- more than most in so far as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc... which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy which is one of the most important things to me personally. Location was convenient to everything that we needed. My only recommendation would be for the back deck to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything was great and I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood with wide open spaces allowing for privacy poolside. We enjoyed the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are luxurious! A wonderful home for a weekend away!

We had our daughter’s first birthday here :). The entire experience was absolutely perfect! The backyard and pool was everyone’s favorite area to spend their time. The beds felt like heaven!!! The kitchen and closets were stocked with anything you needed! We found a dog feeding mat and a pack and play for additional babies!!! We will be booking this home again in the future! Overall, 5 stars!!! The host was so kind and accommodating!!! I really can’t brag enough!!!

Great getaway to the springs! Katie gave very clear instructions and went above and beyond on the details for local restaurants, springs, ect.. the house was very clean and spacious, everything worked and is kept well. We loved the outside patio and pool area. Very relaxing and gave the real Florida vibe! We will definitely stay again on our next visit to the springs!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream for our girls’ getaway weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—honestly, it’s even better than the photos, which is hard to believe because the photos are stunning! The space was glamorous, spotless, and beautifully curated. The pool was a true highlight, and we spent hours enjoying the sun and the vibe. LaTisha, the host, was incredible—responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating to every need we had. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed, and we can’t wait to come back. I had a truly lovely stay at Liz’s place in the Duckpond neighborhood of Gainesville. Liz is an exceptionally kind and attentive host, she checked in regularly and genuinely made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her warmth and friendliness made the experience feel more like staying with a friend than just booking a place. The home was clean, cozy, and full of character, with a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The Duckpond neighborhood itself is beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing or taking a walk among the historic homes and tree-lined streets. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with a host who truly cares, I highly recommend Liz’s place. Thank you, Liz, for such a wonderful experience!

It was a pleasant experience staying at Jess’ place. Everything for daily needs and absolutely nearby. We enjoyed grilling and exploring springs in Central Florida.

We had a great weekend stay at Shanna’s! The cottage is so cute and immaculate. Wonderfully renovated and decorated. We enjoyed the space as well as the surrounding neighborhood—a short drive to the 4th Ave Food Park for yummy treats and coffee, and close to all things university-related. Would definitely recommend for small families like ours!

Paul’s place was so peaceful it can’t be stated enough. I was in Florida for a few days visiting friends and I enjoyed his place so much that I canceled a day with a friend at the end of my trip so I could enjoy it again as I had started my trip there to see the Temple of the Universe and met Mickey Singer. Well done Paul, I would stay here again without question.

We were 4 adults who stayed for 5 days. Sundari's home is spacious and very comfortable. It is situated on a huge grassy lot. An especially lovely part of the house is the large screened porch off the sitting room in back that looks onto a beautiful yard with live oaks and gardenia bushes among other plantings. We would definitely stay there again.

John was very respectful and communicated fast and efficiently with any questions that arise. He was very generous with providing a welcome basket of sweet treats and cold drinks upon arrival. When I’m in the area again, I will definitely be trying to book one of John’s locations because I couldn’t ask for a better host.

We had a blast at Jeanette's place. She was a perfect host and made our stay outstanding! The kids really enjoyed fishing on the lake and nightly fires making smores. Jeanette let us know about a couple great food spots a couple minutes from there place as well, which were great. We would stay with her again in a heartbeat and look forward to coming back again sometime soon!

Very large clean house. Plenty of beds. About 10-15 minutes from UF. 2 families stayed here while our daughters attended orientation for UF. The house was great for the younger siblings to entertain themselves. There is some traffic noise in the backyard but you can’t hear it in the house.

Our stay was fantastic! the photos do not do it justice, it was quite and peaceful, relaxing, and stylish. I may book again just to stay the weekend in the house and relax. I can't say enough good things about this home and Tiffany as the host. She was fantastic. (we didn't need for anything, but whenever I did message, she was very fast to respond).

We loved our stay. The property was beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed the 2 porches to enjoy the lovely oaks and nature. The cottage was lovely with everything you could need in the kitchen and bath etc. The furnishings were nice quality and we felt right at home - we hope to be back! EJ was great to communicate with and answered every need quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

I made a trip to visit family in Newberry Florida not knowing what was around. I stumbled across this place and it was very close to my family so I booked it from day one they were absolutely wonderful allowed me to have early check-in since my flight was coming in early gave me local recommendations Even made sure I knew there were local neighbors and themselves because I was traveling alone without my husband and was nervous, I literally cannot say enough great things about this property and about these hosts!! now I will book at this spot every time I go down to visit family, 1000 out of 10!!!

Beautiful home, clean and comfy! The beds were so comfortable. The living space and table were roomy. It was perfect.

We had a great stay here! The house was very clean and in a good location. We never felt unsafe. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Also, because it’s Gainesville, everything is 10-15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit!
