Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Gainesville

Our family really enjoyed the time at this property! The home is really spacious, with multiple living rooms and plenty of bedrooms to choose from, as well as a sunroom that we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in! The outdoor pool area is very welcoming and peaceful. Great house for graduation, or any visit to the area!

Corey was very hospitable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we loved using the hot tub and pool after long days. The chlorine content of the hot tub was a bit above average during our stay, but still tolerable. Would definitely stay at Corey's property again!

We loved this beautiful oasis that was within a 10 minute drive of UF. It was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s graduation. Philip and Joanna were responsive and generous hosts. I only wish we had discovered this beautiful home 4 years ago!

We only stayed one night, but the description and pictures are accurate. It is nicely decorated and clean! Located in a quiet neighborhood. Victoria was very responsive and helpful and check in was a breeze. Would recommend!

The area is rural but you can tell there’s been a lot of work done to the house and backyard. The layout of the house made sense. There’s plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The kids loved the game room. It was a great time and definitely worth the stay. I would definitely go back.

Me and my family had a great stay at Cathleen’s place , my niece was graduating from law school at University of Florida and we were looking for a place in the area to stay and relax at the same time and I found this place that fit our needs perfectly. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely stay there again .

Great house for get togethers with family and friends. Myla was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. The only small negative issues I found were, lack of lighting in the backyard and no propane in the propane tank for the bbq pit. There is some lighting, but if you intend to have an evening get together for dinner, bring an outdoor lamp for the bbq pit area. Myla was quick to respond about both issues…luckily a buddy of mine had an extra propane tank. Other than those minor inconveniences…the place is wonderful and Myla and her team were very respectful and helpful.

We have been coming here for about 3 years now, it’s our all-time favorite place to escape to for some 1-1 time after a rough week! It’s a gorgeous location deep in the woods near Ocala National Forest. The property is amazing, with a big spring and lots of wooded area. If you’re into the outdoors, there’s plenty to do in the area just a short drive away. Our favorite feature is the hot tub overlooking the property. It’s so relaxing and peaceful at night! Only downside is maybe the public bathrooms/showers, as it gets very hot during the summer, but still well worth the stay. Worth the trip up from Tampa every couple months to truly unwind!

This is my second time staying with Niladri within the last year. It was as beautiful, clean, and comfortable as before. We last came in the fall previously and it was chilly, this time warmer and we had to utilize the AC units to sleep at night - kept us plenty cool and comfortable at nights We enjoyed cooking over the campfires, love the outdoor shower, and got to wear our pups out. We visited some new to us local springs and enjoy how close it is to access them but also enjoy the privacy of this place. We rented all three studio cabins for a birthday celebration and it was fun to have the whole area to ourselves this visit. She is a responsive, friendly and communicative host. We look forward to visiting again, thank you for another wonderful weekend!

With spa-like charm we couldn’t hide. The pool was huge, the hot tub sweet, Two souls, one soak, pure retreat. Downstairs lounge — a chill-out dream, With all you need to let off steam. So well-stocked, so calm, so right, We stayed in every single night. No need for sights or city light, This place just made it all feel right. Though town was just a ten-minute ride, We barely left — no need to slide. If rest and peace are what you seek, This stay will have you snoozing deep. To the hosts — hats off, you’ve nailed the art, of building homes that heal the heart.

The property and surrounding area is quite beautiful. The house is remarkable and cozy with cool decor. The beds are very comfortable - firm mattresses. If you are looking for something on the rustic side, this is for you. If you are looking for the Marriott you will be disappointed. This is a woods and wildlife experience with an exceptional cabin and large yard. Close access to the river. Plenty of space to park. Central AC keeps the main cabin very cool, rear cabin needs some time to cool down with window unit and stand alone AC fans.

This was such a beautiful cabin to stay in for the weekend! Everything was clean and as described. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends!
