This was a fantastic place to stay and relax while at a conference in Gainesville. The apartment was spotless when I arrived and had everything you needed. Hosts were very friendly. It is tucked away in the trees, very peaceful. Everything was great.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the porch was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Ann was an amazing host kind, communicative, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and we are especially grateful for how sweet she was with our son. The space felt peaceful, private, and very well-maintained. We came in to visit my in-laws just for the day and this was a amazing find

This condo was very easy to get to and super close to shopping and restaurants. Marcos was always very responsive if I had any questions or needed to reach out for anything. The units/neighborhood are on the older side, but Marcos has done a great job of updating with many modern upgrades. The unit has everything you need and is quite cozy. The area is pretty quiet aside from the interstate traffic, which isn't bad at all. Thanks for a providing a great place to stay!

This Place is definitely by far the best home I have book since joining Air BNB. This home is spacious has everything that you need to have an enjoyable experience. This Home is definitely a gem in the Gainesville area. I was not able to see how responsive the host would have been to any problems I had, because I had no problems. This home I highly recommended to anyone. I definitely would book here again.

This is an awesome place. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, beautiful home. It looks simple from outside but is spacious and well-furnished inside. Big backyard, outdoor sitting area, fully stocked inside, plenty of bedding. If we ever go back to this city, we will definitely use Paige's airbnb again.

This was our 3rd stay at Marlon's place and it was just as wonderful as the rest! This is home is lovingly cared for and thoughtfully set up and makes you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. You have everything you need in the house and if you need something, Marlon is always super quick to respond and offer assistance. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is situated on a peaceful corner lot extremely close to local amenities like a Publix grocery store as well as several restaurants/retail establishments. The home is a short, easy drive to the UF campus less than 10 minutes away. We love Marlon's home and will 100% stay here again next time we're back in Gainesville!

This is my third time staying at Ryan’s and love his place, it’s clean and cozy a home away from home . Also a peaceful location which is walking distance to downtown and less than ten minute walk to my daughters school which is very convenient. If I come to Gainsville again before she graduates I hope this location is available I really love this place and Ryan is very accommodating and easy to communicate with .🌻

Kate’s condo is very lovely—sparklingly clean and beautifully decorated! The layout with the two en suites on either end is perfect for two couples staying together. Very reasonably priced and reflective of the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful weekend in Gainesville at Dana's place! We live in St. Pete and came for a two-night stay with our parents and golden retriever. This house was perfect for us. It was nice to have a fenced in yard so that we could sit outside with our pup. We loved the Duckpond neighborhood -- great parks and breweries all within a five minute drive or 10/15 minute walk. We did a bunch of hiking while we were in town -- definitely recommend Sweetwater Wetlands Park (go early morning or around dusk). It was absolutely beautiful and we saw tons of wildlife. Also loved visiting The Lynx bookstore and Bingo Deli for lunch. Great weekend - thanks, Dana!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream for our girls’ getaway weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—honestly, it’s even better than the photos, which is hard to believe because the photos are stunning! The space was glamorous, spotless, and beautifully curated. The pool was a true highlight, and we spent hours enjoying the sun and the vibe. LaTisha, the host, was incredible—responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating to every need we had. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed, and we can’t wait to come back. Ben's house was perfect for our graduation weekend. Location is excellent for campus activities, and the house has good indoor and outdoor space. We particularly enjoyed Ben's eclectic decor.

Amy is a very responsive and accommodating host. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Amy kindly welcomes guests with set of coded, water and bath supplies. The location is near to the stores and is very quiet. Amy is sternly accommodating, and it was a great pleasure to communicate.

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

Great stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was meticulously neat and clean. You have a great cleaning crew! Not a smudge on the white cabinets. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and you have everything you need if you want to cook and eat in. There’s a complete set of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean with lots of closet space. The grab bar in the shower is helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The place is easy to find, a short drive to shopping area and lots of restaurants. 3 suggestions, maybe an ice tray cube in the freezer for when you have water jugs that you want fill up with ice and water to take out with you. Also maybe a bigger shower head, an inexpensive upgrade that will boost its look and functionality. And an extra towel hook in the bathroom. Overall a very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.
