Quiet neighborhood, clean room and bathroom, very responsive host. Felt right at home and comfortable.

Place was right in the heart of Franklin, charming, close to everything, walkable to Franklin College campus and other local spots. Very clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Bed was super comfortable. Lisa was communicative with any questions we had! Great stay! Hope to be back again.

The town of Franklin is really nice! Great little downtown area, Millie’s Ice Cream is highly recommended. Our house was nice. It’s an older home that has been updated. It was very clean. Linens and towels seemed very new. Kitchen was well stocked withKcups for coffee, creamers, cereal bars, and oatmeal. More bedside tables would be nice and since bathroom vanities are small, something to set things on in the bigger bathroom would nice. Overall, a nice house in a nice town!

Right in the heart of Franklin, easy to walk to everything. Ralph and Lori are great host, provide everything you need once you arrive and lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things todo while in the area. Looking forward to to staying with them again.
