Fantastic stay. Perfect house for our family and exactly what we hoped for. Pool was warm and clean, patio was great to hang out and grill. House was comfortable and clean. We will be coming back!

This place is exactly what we were looking for while we were in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our infant, with a crib provided. We had one minor issue with the coffee maker, and it was replaced within 30 minutes of letting them know - extremely responsive! Very close to the River District but quiet setting to relax when you arrive back.

we had the best of experiences the house was beautiful clean in a quite neighborhood tucked away from the busy streets but close to beaches close to little mall strips and Walmart the host was a absolute pleasure and answered all our questions me and my husband came with our two 18 year olds 8 year old and our 2 year old there was more then enough space for all of us. the house was easy to find easy to get into they had a fully netted patio around the pool which we absolutely loved everything was well kept will definitely be coming back and staying at this location again ❤️❤️ the negative reviews that we have seen are absolute trash and far from the truth this host and home was absolutely amazing

We had a great stay! The unit we stayed in was clean as a pin! We had the pool to ourselves the whole stay and the beach was wonderful. It was a short walk and because the access point had no parking, the beach was not crowded at all! Everything was very walkable… lots of shops and restaurants. We would love to visit again sometime!

The place was ideal for the four of us. Local attractions were 20-25 min away (add 15 min for morning traffic). Plenty of places to eat nearby. Neighborhood was quiet. Got to see rocket launch from backyard.

Was absolutely wonderful! Very cute room with tons of space. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed to prepare food we had brought. The host was prompt and helpful when we had an issue with the AC in the room, and had it fixed within minutes. The location is excellent with lots of things to explore nearby. The price was extremely affordable! This will be our go to spot if we travel to St. Augustine again!

BrizZy is a great host . House is convenient to airport and downtown . Rooms are clean and tidy as shown in pictures. Enjoyed our stay !!

Great location & easy to navigate

I had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was peaceful and has a beautiful energy with a lovely garden. The location is amazing and close to everything. Eric is a great host and very accommodating and I will for sure be back.

The townhouse is beautiful, clean, and truly felt like home—something we haven’t experienced in other Airbnbs. The neighborhood itself deserves 5 stars too—quiet, safe, and peaceful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this condo. The building has a pool, tiki bar, and the beach right behind. There’s also a great restaurant in the building that stays open late, and the Russian bathhouse which is absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay here again, there is lots to do

Stay two nights... I have visited St. Augustine many times... so glad to have discovered this hidden pirate treasure! Will definitely be back on my next visit to the ancient city! PS. extra thanks to Jesse!

Everything turned out to be as expected. I definitely recommend it. It's a bit far from parks and shopping centers, but it's very easy and quick to get there. There is a Walmart 2 minutes away. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe. A success

Our four-night stay at this Airbnb was an absolute delight! The space was cozy. The host was incredibly responsive, customer service oriented, and the location was perfect. It was the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful accommodations! The condo is gorgeous and the view is the ocean is spectacular! Everything was spotless and kitchen well-stocked. Easy access to beach and lovely pools! 10/10 would recommend! We hope to come back next year!

This is the first time where I actually am overly satisfied, not only was this home beautiful but it felt like a home away from home. My family and I watched movies and played board games. This home was not only in a super local area we also drove maybe 30 minutes to the nearest outlet mall and had a great time. We also enjoyed the universal themes parks as well !! Great stay would definitely recommend 10/10

The pool and beach were awesome and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from the balcony was amazing! Everyone we met was very friendly. You could exchange towels and linens daily if you wanted. There was plenty of seating around the pool, but we found it helpful to put our towels out first thing in the morning to get choice seating. I would go back in a heartbeat if the room was updated a bit. The carpeting had multiple stains that are not shown in the photos and the balcony needs painting and cleaning. Bedding was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean. There was a lot of attention to detail in towel display, etc., offering a positive first impression. Sufficient trash bags and paper toweling were also thankfully provided to last the week. Deb was an outstanding host! She responded quickly to all of my questions.

In summary: - very well located accommodation in Brickell - Good value - good neighborhood - good place - nice pool area - a parking space available, very convenient in Miami Thanks for the stay.

The condo was wonderful. The views were breathtaking. It was very close to AMI and the other beaches. The condo was absolutely pristine. It was set up just like the photos. Plenty of space for 4-5 people. Checkin/out was very easy. Anchor Down provided clear instructions. Everything was pretty much as advertised and efficient. The only drawback was their communication. We had a couple of very minor issues. We called during the weekend and got no response. Unless you communicate during business hours, they’re hard to get a hold of. Other than that, A1 condo.
