This property is amazing. It’s very clean and has a little private shared garden and patio w a grill. Our room was very large w a small kitchen, large bedroom, and large living room. The location could not be better. The the community beach is 2 blocks away (5 min walk). Best beach. Hands down. A 5 min walk the other direction is a small shopping/ restaurant district. It closes around 10pm but it’s prefect for grabbing a beer and hearing live music. A 5 min drive towards the intercoastal is the Sailfish Marina. Upscale Marina restaurant with great sunset views. The location is ideal if you just want to land in PBI and have a nice weekend vacation. Derek provides beach towels in the room and complimentary beach chairs. This place is a hidden gem.

View, view, view! The view of the ocean all throughout the dining room, living room and balcony is spectacular! The hotel building is nice. The Italian restaurant, Casa Calabria, in the hotel lobby is amazing. Samantha was super friendly and accommodating- she allowed us to have a later check out for a fee. She lives in the building, so she’s right there if you need anything. The penthouse is very large - with two bedrooms- one with two beds for our children and the other with one bed for us - each with their own updated bathrooms. The rest could use some updating- but that didn’t take away from the incredible view and wonderful host. Thank you, Samantha, for everything! Even our small dog loved it!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

The unit is better than the pictures. The view, too. There is a beautiful full view of the water from the living room window and bedroom. The kitchen window has a view of courtyard and we could see our car. The decir is midcentury modern. Cute and uncluttered. The place was roomy and clean. I loved the midcentury tile in the bathroom. It had a nice comfortable bed with clean linens and one bedspread. There were plenty of towels, wash clothes, 2 beach towels, and sundries. The beach is so close, just a couple blocks and a nice walk. It was so much closer than I thought. The sunsets were beautiful! We walked down to the marina, pier, and shopping. There was so much to look at, the walk was a breeze. We had a wonderful peaceful time and look forward to returning. Bonus: fishing right out the door, boat, jetski, and golf cart rentals are a few buildings over if you want to give that a try. Thank you!

While there was an issue that resulted in the room we secured being unavailable, Ynda was very apologetic and secured us a comparable room at the same location. This was a gift for my parents, and the new host treated them to lunch and a late check out. The location was lovely and they had a great time walking to the beach. Ynda gave great recommendations well in advance of the stay so we could research and pick the favorite places to visit.

Cannot thank Fran and Nancy enough for such a wonderful stay during Hurricane Milton. They were very responsive - very quickly - to our inquiry about their space. As the weather situation was getting worse, we were more anxious about finding a place to land. Fran and Nancy responded to that urgency and we secured their available suite within an hour of our first inquiry. Arrived to find the place exactly as pictured. What we did not know was how beautiful their surroundings were. Fran and Nancy take great care of their property. They were out picking up remnants of the storm first thing in the morning and had most of the debris removed within a few short hours. I would highly recommend Park View in Jensen Beach. If I ever need to return, I won't even look elsewhere. This is definitely a first-rate accommodation, comfortable, clean, affordable, and the best hosts. Thank you, Fran and Nancy!

Drew's house was just as described! The pool was heated and the game room was a HUGE hit with the kids. I was able to cook for the family for the week as the kitchen had all necessities. Bonus points for washer and dryer downstairs, as I had clean clothes the whole trip! We cannot wait to come and stay again.

Ashley was a great host! Ashley responded quickly and was very clear and concise. We loved the convenience of this room. You are only seconds away from your vehicle on the second floor. We loved the backdoor out to the courtyard, beautiful view! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and roomy. Lots of restaurants and only minutes to Daytona International Speedway. We had the best time 😁

Kim's place was perfect for a group trip. This is in a trendy part of town, but it's still the city so keep your wits about you. Having multiple units increased the privacy and enjoyment of the entire group. We would definitely do this again!
