We had such a great time here! It was a perfect walking distance from the beach and such a pretty house!

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect place to stay for our elopement trip, being right next to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Christina was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had.

Cute little cottage super close to the beach. Loved having our own private pool and the sundeck was great! We utilized the outdoor shower a lot with a family of 5 trying to share one bathroom.

We had a fantastic time and stay everything was GREAT! No complaints at all. The home was everything and more and we really enjoy ourselves. We be booking again very soon.

AMAZING stay at Neil’s Airbnb! It was so close to the beach! The beach chairs were great and had extra beach towels! Plenty of bath towels too if you have 4 people. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed including cooking pans! We will definitely be staying here again. Also is walking distance to a Mexican restaurant and bar and grill called Phillys finest! Close to dollar general and liquor stores as well. If you’re on the verge of booking I definitely recommend it! I will be recommending to my friends as well!!!!

The location was perfect! Two blocks from the beach gave us a quiet relaxing house with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the solitude but a short walk and you were to the intercoastal and the beach. The road between beach and bay was perfect for morning walks.

The cottage is amazing, clean , cozy, and spacious. They have everything you could need including beach chairs and a wagon to transport everything to the beach. The beach it 100 steps away which made going back and forth super easy. The cottage was immaculate and we enjoyed coming back after a day at the beautiful beach just to enjoy family time. We had everything we could have possibly have needed for our perfect family getaway!! We will definitely be back in. the near future!

We got together with friends for the weekend for a festival at Seawalk Pavilion at Jacksonville Beach. The place was a perfect location and perfect vibe for the weekend. It is very cute with great decorations and a beautiful mural on the porch outside. We're glad your place was part of our weekend! The atmosphere added to the fun!

we loved the lemon house! it was exactly what we were looking for. we came in for a couple nights prior to our wedding in IRB. we loved Vanessa's place and will definitely be back if we are back in Tampa!

I often find myself with very high expectations and this Airbnb was filled with such considerate details. I found those “damn I forgot this” moments and this space had me covered. From a personalized sign welcoming us, to snacks, to condiments and extra care items I felt at home. The only thing I could complain about was the lack of mirrors. I stayed with my two girlfriends and it was tough getting ready at times but we made do. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area!

This place had everything we needed. It was unfortunate that the hot tub had a leak and we were not able to use, but Lenore went above and beyond to compensate for it. We plan to come back and hope to use it again. Things that stood out for us was the shower head. It was quite nice to use. The bed was comfortable. She has went above and beyond with having the place stocked and providing things for you to use during your trip. I saw life jackets and a styrofoam coolers, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, even the toilet paper had stamps or designs. She really cares about her guest experiences and will answer any questions. She even got us dinner since it was our honeymoon. We added some shells to her seashell garden. We had a great time and thank you for being such a great host.

What a charming house! It was perfect for mine and my husband's weekend getaway. It is only a couple blocks from downtown and we chose to walk pretty much the whole weekend. Tons of restaurants, breweries and shops nearby. I'm already thinking of coming back to stay here again with friends. Thank you tons to our hosts!

This was a perfect villa for us, it had everything we needed and was spotless when we arrived. Our highlight was the lovely, warm pool that we were in day and night as the weather wasn’t good enough to go in the sea. Thank you Dan!

Best place I’ve stayed in so far, everything was so close to us, I think the furthest we drove was maybe 15 minutes, and we walked every night to downtown for dinner, which had beautiful scenery the whole way. Everything in the house was perfect, very clean, clutter free, easily accessible. Craig was a awsome host, everything was as described and made us feel right at home. Overall 10/10 would stay again!

This is such a great place to stay. The cottage is local to great restaurants, beautiful views, and right off the highway making it extremely convenient. The cottage also feels extremely private and such a peaceful atmosphere. Chelsea and Nancy were extremely communicative and kind. We truly felt at home our entire stay and we would love to make the trip down to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Woojin’s place—it met all our expectations. The host was friendly and quick to respond, and the location was both beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommended!
