Very beautiful house on a charming street . Lovely sitting area outside the front door of unit . Feels very welcoming ! Would have liked to have had more time to sit on the porch. Suite was very clean . Great amenities in the kitchen . The bathroom is really beautiful and large ., with great attention paid to details. ( candle, bath oil ) Sioban has created a beautiful and welcoming space . I would highly recommend staying here .

The bungalow was absolutely perfect! Very lovely, comfortable and peaceful. We so enjoyed our stay and Brenda was very kind!

We loved it here. It was just a few minutes away from some really great restaurants and only 15-20 minute (depending on traffic) drive to the beach. Whitney was super friendly and gave us some wonderful recommendations that made our stay even more memorable! Wonderful place! Would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend!

We enjoyed Judy’s place it was super neat and a lot of extras like snacks, water and coffee available. We would definitely recommend!

Ruth and Jim were truly exceptional hosts! The studio was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—including a great selection of appliances. They went the extra mile by providing a helpful guidebook full of local recommendations, plus a guest book that added a lovely personal touch. Communication was seamless—Ruth and Jim were always quick to respond and genuinely kind in every interaction. Their home is surrounded by beautiful gardens in both the front and back, creating a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. We only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the cozy backyard furniture! Whenever we return to Daytona Beach, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. Huge thanks to Ruth and Jim for making our visit so memorable!

This place was absolute heaven! The location is something that should not be under-emphasized. Situated right on the Banana river with amazing sunsets and the ocean literally steps in the other direction - we felt as if we were on a tropical island. The pool was just icing on the cake! The property has a lush, green surrounding of amazing palm trees and huge bamboo trees. This property is extremely well taken care of. There are walkable (and good) restaurants in either direction from the property and the vibrant life of Cocoa Beach is just a few short minutes of a drive down the road. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive, with great recommendations. The accommodations were the perfect size for two and the bed was extremely comfortable. One week was not enough. We will be returning for sure. Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing week!

Marlene was great from our first interaction at booking until our last contact when leaving. This place was perfectly for me and my 17 year old son. We appreciated having our own rooms. The pool and sitting areas were so nice. The flowers and little gnome gardens made it feel so magical. We enjoyed the location and didn't mind the drive into Orlando.

The location and setup were great. The bed is large and comfortable for two people, and the A/C worked well. The kitchen area was convenient for making coffee, and the mini fridge is perfect for storing leftovers (just note that it doesn’t include a freezer section). The bathroom has a window near the shower that lets in nice natural light, but it might benefit from a privacy covering since it faces another property.

There is NO negative about this place! Christine and Michael went over and above in everything! VERy accommodating with anything we needed! After we checked out- I had forgot our charger- and Christine knew we were meeting the in-laws at breakfast and she showed up and brought it to us!! Can’t ask for better hosts! When we come back- we know where to go! Oh and did I mention their 2 doodles!! We were right at home- because we have 2 doodles as well!❤️

We truly enjoyed ourselves! The location was central to all the attractions we visited & the neighborhood was very peaceful. I loved the aesthetic of the decor and the bathroom was beautiful. The backyard was also a plus for our dog!! I highly recommend this location!

Great stay as usual.

Katie’s place is a perfect little place for a couple getaway. Unfortunately we were only there for one night but I loved it. Place was clean and cozy, stocked with lots of games and books and coffee! Katie even supplied us with a concert recovery kit because we had mentioned coming into town for a concert, I thought that was so fun! We were even notified we could check in early (without asking!) Would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is bright, private, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for a beach getaway. It came with everything we needed, including a coffee maker, mini fridge, large TV, and beach towels. The bikes were a great bonus, conveniently stored in the garage next to the studio. The AC was quiet yet powerful, and the spacious shower was a nice touch. Best of all, the stunning white sandy beach was just a short walk away.

She went above and beyond by sharing great local spots and tips about the city, which really made a difference in our experience. The place itself was spacious and perfect for the two of us. The bathroom was modern, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The amenities throughout were thoughtful and high-quality, and the location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Would 100% stay here again!

I had a delightful stay at Elsa's cozy suite, a garden setting on a very quiet street. Located just 3 blocks from the heart of Little Havana, it's a great neighborhood for walking and--of course--enjoying the culinary pleasures of Calle Ocho. Elsa is a charming and effervescent hostess. I most definitely hope to return.

I had a great stay at this studio! The space was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were all in good working order, and the location was very convenient for everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy spot to stay. Would love to return in the future!

We had an incredible time at the Cedarwood studio! Every detail has been considered and the space is perfect for two people! It is a five minute walk to a quiet section of the beach and the beach chairs and umbrella being provided was a bonus. The owner even picked us up on his golf cart and took us to the beach on one of our trips. The guest book indicates that many people who rent the property choose to stay there again and again. We can’t wait to return!

The space was very clean, private and had everything we needed. The location was a short drive from the beach, close to stores yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Hosts were awesome, helpful and very accommodating. Overall a fabulous stay!

Absolutely perfect stay! I wish I could give them 10 Stars! This is my 2nd time staying at Coastal Haven, and everything was amazing! This will always be my go to place in Cocoa Beach! Cindy goes above and beyond for her guests! The cottage was immaculate, and she provides so many personal touches that make you feel right at home along with so many nice treats for my myself and my dog! It’s the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is just a short little walk away with the most beautiful sunrises you will ever see. I love this area of cocoa beach because it feels more private, and I love that I can take my dog on the beach! Do yourself a favor and book Coastal haven! You won’t regret it!
