The cabin was amazing and modern. Cozy, comfortable and super clean. Great location to rent a boat. There is a deli and a restaurant within walking distance. If you like to walk or ride bikes the is a 5-7 minutes drive trail for bike and walks. We rode our bikes to downtown Stanford (20-30 minutes) and had dinner in downtown and it was a great experience.

Thanks, Carrie & Rick, for our wonderful experience on The Hobo! From the moment we arrived at the marina, you made us feel like long-time friends. Your little "home" on the river became our home for 2 chilly but starlit nights on the scenic St. John's River. You anticipated everything we might need when equipping and stocking the houseboat and even included a hospitality bag. We'll be back! We recommend Tiny Houseboat Adventures without reservation.

Had an amazing stay at this airbnb! Extremely comfortable for 6 people and looks even better than the pictures. We loved having a pool table and plenty of kayaks for everyone. Lisa is an awesome host and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, including restaurant recommendations, a welcoming check in and out and was very communicative throughout the process. P.s.: Don’t skip the Piri Piri restaurant! They have delicious food.

We stayed at this wonderful houseboat as we began our trip to the Florida Keys and it was perfect! We saw manatees, enjoyed dinner at the outdoor bar with locals, and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Great location with a wonderful host!

While the place isn't fancy, it is an actual houseboat after all, it was awesome. Comfortable bed but views to die for and you are literally having you morning coffee, watching the sunrise and are literally 1 foot from the water. The river is a very active one...we saw manatee, gators, gar and hundred of mullet jumping out of the water. the best was the shrimp boats at dusk...you really have to experience this place. and ps. walking distance to downtown Apalachicola is a real bonus

Great place on the canal! Close to restaurants and it was great watching the boats going out to sea. Johnny and his contacts were very responsive to any questions! Will stay again!

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 of the most amazing days here. Andrew and his team were the most attentive hosts I've ever had on vacation. The boathouse was so cute and the view while sitting on the back patio was so peaceful and serene. We went jetskiing which was located only a few feet away from all the units and Remy, our tour guide, was fantastic. I can't say enough about the way he assisted my girlfriend while she rode by herself for the first time. It was so much fun. We also went parasailing and the guides there, Zack and Jessie, were also awesome. They took our pictures using the photo package which came great. They gave us great recommendations about the things to do nearby, and played such good music on the boat. The view while up in the air was breathtaking, and also took pictures while riding and their photo package gave us great memories from the boat view. A wonderful experience! We enjoyed our week on the Yacht, "Comfortably Numb". The Host was exceptional. Keliy, was very clear and attentive. She recommended bike rentals, local attractions, beach location, and views from the deck. The place smelled fresh and clean. The indoor temperature was cool. The humidity was controlled. We loved the bean bag seats to watch the sunrise and sunsets from the deck. The indoor accommodations was very large, roomy, and comfortable. We plan to reserve this place again in the future. We learned alot since we are are planning to purchase a yacht for full time living and charter boat fishing. This was a great place to stay, and a unique experience being a houseboat. Safe and clean. And a great view to start your day, or end it. Great place.

If you love the water, this place is a must. Secluded, peaceful, stunning sunsets and lots of fish. We saw manatees pass by the house twice. The electric dinghy was great to boat around the area, but you can’t get too far with it or else the battery will run out. Just getting to the place on the dinghy was an adventure by itself. Expect mosquitoes at dusk, it’s Florida. So bring some mosquito repellent and maybe an electric swather. Everything works on the boat. Shower was hot, AC was cold. It rained a lot on the last day, so we had to time our exit just right in order not to get soaked. But even the rain felt great to cool off, and the sounds it made on the water made for some excellent daytime naps. We Loved it!

The Guys as always were responsive and helpful. Weather was working against them getting the boathouse out to the island but the guys made it happen! We appreciate their hard work and dedication! We stayed on the houseboat before. It was a wonderful experience. We fished, used paddleboards and kayaks to go to and from the beach to the boat. Grilled all the meals. Slept sound in the cool AC’d rooms. Thank you for our most favorite staycation!!! Can’t wait to book the stay!

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

We stayed from Sunday to Friday and had an incredible time! The location was perfect—just a short drive to all the excitement of Key West, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The houseboat was spotless, cozy, and a perfect fit for our family of four. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort itself was stunning, and the pool was the perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring. The neighbors were so friendly, and the entire community had such a welcoming vibe. We would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway—and we’re already planning our next visit!

Since I was a child I’ve wanted to see the inside of a real houseboat and this was the perfect opportunity. I booked for my family to stay here a few days before our cruise began and it definitely added to the wonderment of the vacation. Taylor even had a couple paddle boards brought to us. It may be a slightly older houseboat but I loved the charm of it. It’s really really fun. My family is still talking about “the boat before the cruise”, and I know they’ll remember it long after.

The tiki was incredible, we had ama amazing time. The only thing is that the tiki is not 20 minutes from the dry tortuga national park, we had to go by sea plane because the timing of shuttle to and from the tiki did not allow to use the ferry. Regardless the tiki experience itself was really incredible just make sure to add in the expenses for the shuttle back and forth.

We wanted to be able to disconnect, enjoy nature and just unwind. This was the perfect place. We kayaked, paddle boarded, floated on a giant raft and just relaxed. The perfect place to rest and recharge. The sunset views are gorgeous. Worth every penny. Rob was super friendly. And had a ton of tips for the rest of our stay in the Key West area. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a marine glamping get away.

The location was stunning! Michelle was very helpful and responsive! Will definitely be staying here on my next trip to fort Walton!
