Beautiful property and very close walk to the beach - less than 5 min and just through the property grounds. Be prepared that the beach umbrella rental guys are looking to make money so be sure to check the pricing on the sign before you talk to them. limited visibility of the water with their seating arrangement if you're not front 1-2 rows. Anyway, the home will give you a comfortable stay. check in was easy.

Had an awesome stay at Sugar Sand Cottage with my family. The location is great and a short drive to various restaurants and activities. We loved the short walk (5 min) to the private beach with umbrella and chair service each day. The chair attendant had great local restaurant recommendations that we tried. The house is just like it’s shown in the pictures. We loved the layout with the porches overlooking the pond and private pool at night. Nichole was very responsive and can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Destin area.

This place was absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice because it’s just so perfect. Pool just a 10 second walk away..beach about a 2 minute walk on the boardwalk access. Incredible. Unit is spotless and amazing. Will definitely stay here again for sure when we return. Strongly recommend for anyone thinking of staying here. Communication from host was always helpful and precise. The ONLY issue was we only stayed for a few days because I’d like to stay forever haha.

Ryan’s place was very nicely decorated and in pristine condition! It was a little tricky finding the private beach access, which is a gate through the pool area fyi!! Thank you Ryan for the quick reply! One thing to note is on the beach, emerald grand resort puts out the blue chairs and wants you down on the opposite end.
