We rented this house for the weekend. We are local and knew the area well so it was exciting the house was available. I explained to Max what we were hoping to use the house for (Prom Weekend) and established open communication and trust. Myself and another mom were present at all times and the kids absolutely loved the pool, ping pong table and outdoor loungers. They bonded all weekend and will never forget the amazing weekend they had at the beach house. We had one small housekeeping issue that we noticed upon arrival, and I emailed Max who immediately sent an Instacart remedy along with a bunch of chocolates. Truly unexpected and so responsive. I really liked working with Max and found our stay to be memorable and wonderful. Thank you for an incredible time. I could not recommend this Airbnb rental more.

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

This home was everything and more! The outdoor oasis was amazing. Plenty of seating, everything you need for the beach. Plenty of floats and things for our grandsons to enjoy in the pool. The home is beautiful, has everything imaginable you will need. We cannot wait to book for 2026. The location and everything was perfect so quiet on a corner lit. This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!

Dragan's place fit our needs perfectly. It's cute but with little space for luggage or "stuff", but is exactly what we needed and what we expected. Great balcony and 2 minute walk to the beach. kids loved the pool too. Great spot!

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this home was. It’s a very large, spread out home with beautiful decor and views of the pool and bay. The master suite was my favorite with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. My family loved the large home, the pool and the privacy of the home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of activities to do in the home and outside. There is some wear and tear in the home such as the walls, but it did not affect our stay. The home shows a hot tub, which it is not a hot tub, but it is used to heat the pool. The house had everything you would need to cook, clean, fireplace, all the essentials, family games and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the home! I would recommend staying here!

Allison is an amazing host! So kind, helpful, generous, and quick to respond if you need anything! Honestly she’s probably the best host we’ve ever had! The cottage is absolutely wonderful - It’s so beautiful and cozy! We even heard people biking by saying, “Wow that place is perfect! It’s got a pool, a porch, a deck, and an outdoor shower!” and we couldn’t agree more! Allison has truly thought of everything you would need and we were able to naturally make it home for the week. Having the bikes and the beach chairs available was a big plus as well. It’s in the perfect spot too! There’s the beach, a hiking/biking trail at the end of the road, and the town of Seaside all within a short walk/bike. Can’t recommended staying here enough! If we ever get the chance to come back we’ll definitely be staying in one of Allison’s rentals!

This place was perfect for our little family adventure. We brought along our son and in-laws. The area was very close to the beach, great dining, and shopping for necessities and luxuries. The house itself was amazing. The furnishings of the bedrooms and upstairs area made us feel right at home.

Everything was great neighborhood is a lil questionable but was actually safe and quiet. Location 15min from airport about 20-30min drive to all the things we did in Destin mostly due to the traffic. House was extremely clean I do the white sock check on the floors and it passed when most Airbnb don't which tells a lot about how clean the host is. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to others.

Lar's place was comfortable and clean for our families stay. He and his co-host were really friendly and fast to respond when we had questions. The location was safe beautiful with a park and water view right up the road. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice! I slept 8 hours every night in this rental which is rare for me on vacation. The golf cart is the game changer for this community. We took it everywhere. We made a seafood boil one night and enjoyed it on the back porch. We loved having a washer and dryer and came home with clean clothes. The neighborhood is quiet and just what we needed. Host is very communicative, we even extended our stay by one night.

This was the perfect stay for my finance and I. The location was minutes from the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton. The space was clean, cozy, and quiet! Although smaller, it’s exactly as pictured (which we clearly knew). Plus, how much time do you spend in your room on vacation?? We were excited to find additional towels in the bathroom, extra beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet, too! We’d stay again for sure!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and with a stunning view of the lake. We spent hours enjoying the excellent fishing right from the property. The golf cart was a game-changer and made getting around the area super easy and fun. We truly loved the entire property. We made full use of the pools, the gym, and even grabbed bites and coffee from both the bayside and beachside cafés. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Our host, Shelena, was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. This is by far our favorite vacation spot, and we will definitely be back next year!

This vacation home did not disappoint. Everything was as advertised. Bedrooms are on the second (2 bedrooms) and third floor (1 bedroom). Home is in the heart of Baytowne Wharf, walking distance to several shops, eateries, and activities. If you have ever stayed in Hotel Eiffie, this home is in the same vicinity, literally just a brief walk. The beach and Silver Sands Premium Outlet are less than five miles away. Our host Kevin was very responsive to all of our needs. The app says, “Host typically responds within an hour.” Host actually responds within five minutes to every single message. We were without wristbands the evening we arrived; we had wristbands delivered the very next morning. I would definitely recommend for families. We brought five teenagers, and not one complained of anything the entire time. There was so much for them to do. Our only complaint is that we should have stayed longer…highly recommend!

Very convenient location and the space was very clean. The walkable snorkling beach and pool were the highlight.

Don’t let the new listing tag fool you—this stay was incredible. The host was a pro and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and offers a stunning view of the pool and canal. We love fishing, and the backyard’s easy water access made it perfect for daily fun. We spent a full week here and only made it to the beach once because we couldn’t get enough of the amenities right at our doorstep. The paddleboard, kayak, wagons, and abundance of chairs were great bonuses, the garage also helped us keep the space tidy. The walk to the beach was quicker than expected—closer than the pictures suggest and even faster than some nearby condos we’ve stayed at. Plus, the harbor taxis that pick you up at the backyard dock added a unique touch, taking us to local restaurants with ease. If you don’t need a constant beachfront view, this house offers a much better experience than a condo. It’s easily one of our best stays, and we’ll definitely be back!

Nicole's place was fantastic! Super comfortable and had all needed amenities. Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed. Our host was very responsive and helpful in every way. We really enjoyed our vacation that much more because of the place we stayed.

Perry was an amazing host! I don't think there would be a better place in Destin. Being right on the Harborwalk, we were able to walk to everything. The private beach is amazing as well. Perry was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect place for traveling with kiddos!! The two wagons, two pack n plays, endless games at the house, and beach toys made our trip extremely enjoyable with a 7 year old and two babies. The beach is less than 10 minutes away making it very easy to go back and forth multiple times a day. The house was very spacious and packed with extras. We enjoyed the hammock and campfire seating in the backyard as well. Benjamin was very helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is an absolute gem—one of our very favorite Airbnbs! Mark and Melinda went above and beyond—extra clean condo, comfy beds, quality towels, beautiful decor, snacks, extra toothbrushes, etc. It was the little details that meant the most to us. The resort grounds were beautiful as well and the pool was super clean. A quick, easy walk to the beach (where we spent most of our time). Check in was super quick and easy. We can’t say enough good things about this property! A wonderful experience all around!
