Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Destin Harbor

A great place to stay. A very quick walk to the beach. The private pool is awesome. Lots of space. The management was extremely responsive to all needs/questions.

The house was the perfect place to host our group of friends. There was plenty of sleeping space as well as tons of open areas in the house for all of us to gather and hang out. The house was very nice, clean, and well accommodated. We were glad the host aforementioned the possibility of a neighbor chanting/yelling out behind the property as this did occur a few times. She seemed harmless, but glad we had a warning regardless! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing memories!

This place is amazing. Two families comfortably lived here for two weeks of baseball tournaments. Great location to beach, ball fields and restaurants. The host is amazing, proactive and helpful. Amenities were as promised, clean and uncluttered. Went for solo morning runs though beautiful waterfront neighborhoods. Kids played safely in shady fenced in back yard. We loved it so much, we hope to have a reason to stay here again.

This property is amazing and has anything possibly needed. The hosts (Marshall & Christy) were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The beach is a short 3-5 min walk away and the pool is directly across the street from the house. The host let us know the week prior to our arrival, that there is a house being built directly next door. The noise is not that big of a deal if you plan to be at the beach/pool all day. However, construction hours are supposed to be 7am-5:30pm and they did start working at 6:30am one of the days during our stay. We notified the host and they immediately reached out to the HOA. The most concerning aspect of the construction next door is that there were pieces of wood with nails dropped onto our front and back porches several times during our stay. Not ideal for utilizing the wrap around porches with kids. This is certainly out of the control of the hosts, but I feel that it is important to share this information for others considering this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was nice and quiet, but still close to restaurants, shops, and other activities. It felt like a peaceful getaway without being too far from anything. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the short walk to the ocean was a big bonus. The home was very family-friendly and dog-friendly, which made things easy for us. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway with easy access to everything you need.

The home is beautiful and very clean! Plenty of amenities and amazing views. The kitchen is large and spacious! Master bedroom has view to the bay! Coffee on the outside patio was peaceful and amazing! Definitely recommend and definitely will comeback!

This is the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at! The location was a 10/10, the house was beautiful and spacious, and the host thought of everything. There was a well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, hangers in the closet, beach towels, and more. We felt right at home during our stay, and would definitely book with Laura again. The house was so clean when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking to get coffee in the morning at the coffee shop in the front of the neighborhood, or visiting Blue Mountain Creamery after dinner. Truly a gem!

This place is exactly like the photos, and even nicer. The private suite upstairs was a treat. Well maintained, warm, felt like home. Host gave great instructions and was quick to respond. The golf cart was a huge plus! We only used our car once while we were here. I must add that the back windows provide a beautiful view of the bay. For bird enthusiasts, you can sit in the sunroom and bird watch. This place is 5 stars plus. Amazing!

We were overall really impressed. There is only one thing I would change. All of the beds were comfortable EXCEPT THE KING. Time for a new king mattress or just add a 4” memory foam. Other than that it was absolutely amazing. Crystal was sweet and we enjoyed her company and the tour to show us how everything worked. Thanks for the extra paper towels and Wow, no one ever gives free laundry soap. Bathroom showers even had shampoo conditioner body wash in dispensers. Free Qtips! I could have left half the stuff I packed at home. The toys and noodles were a hit with the grands. The humongous mirror made the living room TV visible from anywhere! It was Way Cool! We will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much.

This condo was such a great place for our family. We were here for a baseball tournament and the rest of our team also stayed at Seascape. There’s so much to do on the property and it’s an easy walk to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a lot of beach supplies for us on the porch- chairs, umbrella, cart, and lots of toys.

Beautiful, very relaxing condo. My wife and I had a great time at Amy’s place. Everything we wanted to do and go to was within 10 minutes from the condo. A must stay!

My family and I had a perfect week at Melissa’s place. So convenient and easy for my kids and I to go to the pools and beach every day. Very clean, safe, and kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

The condo was clean, bed was comfortable, amenities were nice, view was beautiful and the location is great being right on the beach. Benton gave nice recommendations ahead of time and was responsive.

The condo was spotless and very comfortable! We loved that we were right on the water with beautiful beach and ocean views from the living room. The kitchen was well stocked with basics and there were many beach supplies we could use as well, which was nice. The front bedroom seems warmer than the rest of the condo but other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would visit again!

Amazing experience! The location could not be more perfect. Bert is an outstanding host and her communication is great. I can’t wait to come back and stay here!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owners had a beautiful comfortable place for us to enjoy our vacation. The rooms were spacious and their were two rooms with a master bath. They have a enclosed garage and one extra parking spot and an overflow lot for extra guests. The outside patio was spacious and had nice patio furniture all around the open living kitchen and lounging areas. The access to the beach was only a 5 minute walk. I would have to say that our stay was worth every cent we spent and look forward to staying here again.

Very nice place, and plenty of room for our family on 7. Kacy was excellent host, very friendly and responsive.

Unit hard to find other than that it was Perfect

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!
