Everything was great, the place is really close to everything, a lots of restaurants, attractions and even Walmart.

My friend and I spent two nights here as a little mini beach trip and the connivence is well worth every penny. We were right by the water and the sand was so clean and white. Beautiful ocean view and a (surprisingly) quiet condo for us going on a holiday weekend! The condo location is right in between TONS of places to visit, dine and explore. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Piotr’s place was lovely- it had everything one could need on vacation! We loved the proximity to everything. We have a young toddler and the different pool options were a hit as they weren’t too deep and helped her build her confidence. Hubs and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony at night!

Kialea’s place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay here! It was in close proximity to restaurants, attractions, grocery stores, shopping, etc. you name it. It was easy to find, and in a nice tucked off community that was pretty quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and well kept too. Would absolutely come back to Destin and stay here!

We were pleasantly surprised with just how nice it was decorated. So “beachy” We absolutely loved it! The two big palm trees outside the balcony were chefs kisses. Literally a two minute walk from the front door to walking on sand. Mary checked on us after a couple days and again the day before we checked out. She was super sweet and gave us clear instructions on check in/out. We enjoyed every second of our trip and looking forward to visiting again next year!

This is our second time staying at Emily & Ian’s place this season. They are such attentive, wonderful hosts. Their place is spotless, well decorated, with an unbeatable location. The beach is a 3-minute walk across the street, or pool is just steps away! There is a charcoal grill next to the pool that we utilized daily. And Publix is a 4-minute drive. We love it!

I was hesitant booking this place but Natalie reassured me that it met all my needs and it did. The sunsets off the balcony are absolutely breathtaking. It’s an elevator ride and steps to the beach. It’s a perfect spot for a little family get away. The beach is not crowded. We never made it to the pool but it was nice. We felt right at home. We highly recommend 604A!!

This place was beautiful, clean, great view, steps to the beach and close to everything. We were pleasantly surprised with the beach toys and coffee/kitchen supplies available. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Sandra was friendly and very quick to respond when we had questions. However, we barely had any to ask because her instructions and recommendations were extremely clear and detailed. We ran into no issues during our time there. We did not use the kayaks but were impressed with the option to use them. There was so much to do within 20 minutes each way. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at The Reef. It was comfortable, quiet and centrally located which made it easy to travel all around the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area. Great restaurants and beaches only minutes away and when we wanted to rest we had a nice space to come back to and unwind.

Veronica was a great host! The place was just as described. Right in the middle of Baytowne Wharf with shops and restaurants a short walk away! Tram to beach included. Would stay here again!

Beautiful house, nice location, clean private beach, awesome surrounding with boat launch, clean rooms and plenty of amenities. Will be back there again. I will recommend to my friends and family. 1 suggedtion: Just need to fix the balcony doors. Maybe hard to open and close for the recent rain.

This place is great! The pool and resort was beautiful and perfect walking distance to the beach for not being beach front! Such a fun place for our mom trip!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described. The condo was beautifully decorated with a great view of the beach. It was spacious enough for 2 couples and we had everything we needed. The condo is steps from the beach and centrally located to all that Destin has to offer. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to call home for a vacation stay.

This was our 3rd trip to stay at Piper Cove and it was the best so far out of the 3 years. Traveling with 4 kids can be challenging for a mom to remember to pack everything. Grant was super responsive and accommodating. I loved that Theresa the local property manager was very quick and helpful to bringing the complimentary beach towels that came with the rental & even cooking pots for me to use for a big family dinner. This was my 3rd annual vacation with my 2 cousins and their families. It was nice to have big thick beach towels to use as well as the free beach chairs and umbrellas service on the beach. We were a family of 6 and had a comfortable stay in this condo. We had plenty of bath towels/ soft toilet paper/ dish soap/ shampoo/ even body wash. The unit had plenty of big trash bags. We walked to Target down the road (1 mile there and back). There is also a Mcdonald’s that shares the parking lot with Target. This property is a great location!

We had the best time staying at 1136 Sandpiper Cove! The condo was super cute and felt so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we especially loved having a full-size crockpot. It made dinners easy after a day at the beach. The beds were really comfy, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The washer and dryer were super convenient, too. The beach closet was such a nice! Chairs, umbrellas, and toys were all there, which made our beach days a breeze. The location right on the beach was amazing, and we loved relaxing on the back deck. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Kim, the host, was super responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. And the highlight for my kids? They found 11 shark teeth just a few steps away from the beach access! Definitely a memory we’ll all treasure. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The condo was clean and perfect for our stay! Beads were very comfortable and the ocean view was the best!

The condo views was incredible and had plenty of room. The freezer was broken so was a little frustrating and the bathroom shower in the main could have been cleaner do to it looked like some mildew but all and all the place was great, the walk to the beach was short, the sand and water was just like the caribbean. The balcony was large and very nice. I would definitley stay there again.

Had a good time, place was clean and looked like the photos. Located across the road from the beach but was able to find parking and within a close distant of restaurants!

Kylie’s condo was beautifully decorated, close to so many things, well equipped, spotlessly clean, had great amenities, and was super quiet! She was very responsive, proactive with recommendations and instructions, and super understanding when our daughter had a toileting accident overnight. I can’t recommend her place enough! We will definitely be back next time we are in Destin!

Geri’s place was at a wonderful location! The tram was such a nice feature for free access to the beach.

our air went out while we were there (totally out of owners control) and once I msgd kally, she immediately called to have it looked at and had a box fan sent over for us. she did everything in her power to get it worked out for us. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful. Really appreciated that! No complaints
