Monthly Rentals in Cumberland

Very cozy and clean, had a great stay here. Donna and her husband were quick to respond when we had trouble with check-in and got us in right away.

The place was easy to find, clean, and Luis had left clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

Accommodations just as pictured and described. Very clean, and clear instructions. Great quality toiletries (lotion, shower gel). I’m sure that the shampoo and conditioner was great too, but I did not use those products. I forgot my toiletries and was glad that some things that I needed was available and I didn’t need to purchase. When reaching out, host answered within minutes. There was a slight walk and steep stairs to access my unit as house is on a hill. I felt comfortable and at home during my stay.
