My girlfriend and I had a wonderful 8 days, not only for the area where we were ( very close to the sea and full of nature ) but also for the excellent condition of the apartment itself. Not forgetting Tony's responsiveness in case of any request, friendly and ready to recommend the best areas of Isca and surroundings to make the most of your vacation.

Mr Tony was a great host, as usual! Very helpful and considerate! Will always return with great pleasure! The house is located in a nice, quiet and wild area, very close to the beach and the apartment is very spacious and very welcoming! The views are spectacular, with the sea at the front and the mountains at the rear. Looking forward to going back! We had a wonderful time! Highly recommended for a lovely, relaxing and peaceful vacation!!

Small apartment in a strategic location,well furnished ,clean and equipped with every comfort

The house is practically on the sea, before I went I had read reviews of people complaining about the stairs but I found it absurd since there was just a ramp to be done and if you had any difficulties there was the path without stairs. The house had everything you needed, a nice little terrace where you can sit and eat. The sea of the island of Caporizzuto is beautiful, from there by car you can reach in a few minutes on other beautiful beaches such as cinnamon, the beach of lilies and red beaches. The only flaw in the area, but I think it's amplified by the fact that we went in early September, is that if the weather happens as it happened to us, there are not many attractions apart from the restaurants and ice cream shops where you can eat very well, so in case it's better to move to Le Castella where there is more nightlife. Otherwise everything is beautiful and Maria was impeccable, I hope to return.

Very modern clean and smart. Appreciated the zanzariere which meant mosquitoes not a pest with windows open. Great info supplied on local places to eat things to do etc. easy walk into Crotone along the lungomare. Easy parking in garden. All in all was really good and to be recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. On foot ,in 5 real minutes, you find yourself on a wonderful beach of red sand. Gabriele's friends are always available to make us the perfect stay. Thank you. Highly recommended

Our stay in Maria's apartment was great, the apartment was clean and there were groceries for breakfast. Maria was very welcoming and available to help us in case of any difficulties. Maria also kept us updated on the events that took place around our apartment. Great location for proximity to both the beach and commercial establishments.

We had a lovely stay at Soverato Con Vista. The house is well kept and clean, with parking and a great location, 2 minutes to town. The outside play equipment was a great hit with our toddler too. We will definitely be back again soon. The host was very responsive as well. Thank you!

Lidia was very quick to respond and help at all times and even gave us recommendations of the best places to eat nearby. The place has a spacious private rooftop balcony. You cannot beat the location because it is only a 5 minute walk from the most beautiful beach with multiple places to rent chairs/umbrellas and get drinks and food along the beach! The famous “Soverato” sign in big letters is just as you walk out of her block! It is also less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and directly on the corner you can also get gelato or go to a cafe/restaurant!

The house was very well kept, let's say new in structure and decor. The highlight for us was the shower, beautiful, large and comfortable, which I don't mind in a seaside with two children. The beach near home was the icing on the cake. Maybe it's the most beautiful beach on the coast. I from Calabrese right in that area, I had never visited it and it was truly a surprise to see this paradise wonder. Finally, the biggest thanks go to Enza. A person of unique kindness and availability. Of those people who truly make you feel the famous hospitality of our southern Italy and in particular our beautiful Calabria which is always a surprise for those who have the desire and curiosity to visit it. Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! The apartment is located in a development with somewhat neglected and old areas, but Fabrizio's apartment is in good condition and was also super clean. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment has everything needed to be comfortable (they also left us some sun loungers and an umbrella in case we wanted to make any excursions to nearby beaches). The development has security and private beach (with umbrellas and sun loungers of its own). We couldn't enjoy everything we wanted from the area, because we had a monumental cliff, but it is close to Le Castella (nice village) and close to a good handful of interesting beaches. But the best part was Fabrizio: close, kind, he gave us tips of things to do around the area and gave us a very good thorn.

The place is delicious, very quiet... you sleep in absolute silence, surrounded by an olive grove. The house is spacious, fresh and very clean. Well-functioning wifi. The owner is always available and proactive in giving advice on the area. We'll definitely be back!
