Nice place for 1-2 people, close to the beach and local bars. Host is very friendly and responds very quickly. With in the small space they arranged all the amenities very well. Would love to visit this place again.

The house is very nice, clean, it met my expectations. It would be good to put a screen in the living room when you have children. I hope to return

I really enjoyed my stay at Isaiah and Tatiana's place, it felt like home! The kitchen is well equiped. Just a 10 mins walk to the beach with a handful of restaurants along the way, a mini super for basic needs and a wonderful fruit stand nearby, their place is well located ans safe. I felt at ease leaving my motorcycle in their locked yard. The shared outside space was really comfortable and relaxing, I spent many mornings in the hamac reading or watching howler monkeys. Tatiana is a wonderful host and was very fast to reply to my messages. I would definitely stay here again!

A BEAUTIFUL oasis and amazing deal. We felt so welcomed by the staff working there, especially Amanda. The grounds were stunning with plans through, the pool was a treat! Breakfast was made fresh and delicious. We loved our private shower outside the room. The yoga studio was stunning and such a great class. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. We'll be back!

Nice comfortable and clean place, right in the center of Playa Grande. There's everything in the house for a short and long stay. We recommand.

As for “containers” being bedroom / bath accommodations , BRILLIANT ! The rooms are well laid out , super comfortable , and the Shower is Dreamy ! We arrived for NYE , and were provided access to the Festive Celebration , next door at Fuego , with Fireworks ! From one fabulous extreme to the next , the second day and evening were super chill . Breakfast is Outstanding in the common area , the guests staying are all so laidback , and then , . . . the Yoga studio ! We practiced with a most Lovely instructor , for an evening candlelit offering . Namaste 💕 As for the Staff , all the Nice Humans took such incredible care of us ! We had a wonderful stay at Puka Retreat. The space was furnished very thoughtfully with all the needed amenities. The semi-outdoor kitchen was an especially nice touch that made us feel right at home. The managers, Belinda and Rolando were always responsive and very helpful. The stay is near the beautiful Playa Avellanas beach, which is so lovely to visit especially in the mornings.

The place was amazing, beautiful, clean, in a quiet environment. Virivka was available and the owners were very friendly and impressed. I definitely recommend this place 👍

Beautiful place very close to the beach! Host gave clear instructions for check-in. For a moment the water went out but the co-host quickly solved the problem.

This was a nice getaway to rest from the activities of the day. Koni was very sweet and welcoming. Had a really good time!

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

We had a great few days in bungalow 1. Everything was very clean, also very stylishly furnished. The terrace with the outdoor kitchen was a dream, the mattresses super comfortable. We were completely comfortable! Within walking distance there was a fruit and vegetable stand, where you could shop very cheaply, which was very convenient. Communication also went smoothly. After we said after the first night that the pillows were unfortunately much too thick for us, we were immediately brought thinner pillows, which was really very thoughtful.

This was a great stay for two. Needs to note that you have to say a full week for cleaning services but still accommodate us very well will definitely be back

The house is located in a quiet place and surrounded by nature. The house is below a restaurant and sometimes you can hear when they move a chair or table. The restaurant's food is excellent.

The location is walking distance to the grocery store, city center and beach. The neighborhood is safe and away from the crowd. Parking space is available. We enjoyed the bbq for prepping meals. The pool is fabulous. Tip #1: Go have lunch at Chaki Café, the girls are incredibly friendly and the food is fresh and amazing. Tip #2: For grocery shopping go to Super China Samara. Tip #3: Gusto Beach, you get a chair and an umbrella if you spend a minimum of $20. It’s well worth it. Try the ginger limonade.

Place is nice, cozy and as described. It's located in a beautiful property surrounded by nature. It's peaceful and the best part is the beach just steps away. We experienced some unplanned inconveniences out of our control but the host did his best to help us with everything.

Yahayra and his family were very kind to welcome us, and cared about an older adult we went with so he could have all the comforts. The place has many social areas and in the evenings there is a nice view, highly recommended.

Great spot for a central location with easy access by driving to playa avellanas and playa negra. short walk to beach, just across the street. kitchen is nice, pool fun for kids. AC and wifi worked great. Great value. would stay again.

We stayed for 1 week in April and overall it was amazing. Jasmine and Philip are great and made us feel very comfortable. The Property We loved the container house, it is both beautiful and practical.. super comfortable bed, hot water, fast wifi, good utilities (including a sharp knife!) and the space felt big enough for the 2 of us, especially with the large deck. We really liked the semi-outdoor bathroom and showering to the sound of birds and monkeys. The permaculture islands of plants and trees are illuminated at night and look fantastic. The Location One of the best things about the place was the views and being right in the jungle. We saw a beautiful sunset everyday and some amazingly clear stars one night. We frequently saw hummingbirds, parrots, vultures, coati and howler monkeys. The remoteness was also the biggest downside for us as we didn’t have a vehicle. Local taxi from Santa Teresa was 15k. The closest small shop is 30 mins walk but Jasmine offered to pick stuff up :)

The setting of this place is idyllic and it comes equipped with everything you could ask for. The place itself is really cool. If you don't mind something a bit more rustic you can't go wrong!

A very peaceful place, surrounded by nature—super clean and organized, with all the necessary utensils, just right to feel at home. The location is key, as it’s close to many of the best beaches and just 5 minutes from Manzanillo. Totally recommended!
