What a find! While we were only there for a night, we absolutely loved it here. Clean, convenient and beautiful.

Great location, a short walk from the beach. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Maud is a very considerate and accommodating host.

Chris is the Man! For context, my girlfriend and I had another bnb in the area that lost power and water for 2 days! I had to book an emergency stay and Chris accommodated and responded swiftly even though it was very short notice. We fell more in love with his property than our original one lol. 10/10 stay loved the vibezz.

Awesome facility! It was exactly as described. Very quiet. very private, and very safe. The pool is definitely what stood out the most. It was very relaxing. Norwin thought of everything! He was very helpful. We saw a lot of hummingbirds. The bedroom was ample size with plenty of storage. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and look forward to returning.

Beautiful property! Our family had a wonderful stay. Marlen was a very nice host and responsive to all our needs. We would highly recommend staying here. You get the secluded mountain feel while being close to the airport.

Simplemente espectacular, el alojamiento mantiene un equilibrio entre lo rústico y lo moderno, su habitación y decoración impecables, el área es tranquila si lo que buscas es estar alejado del bullicio y se encuentra a pocos kms de excelententes restaurantes de la Fortuna, la piscina brinda un contraste para pasar de su frio hacia el agua caliente del jacuzzi, el único problema es cuando llega el momento de partir, ya que uno quisiera estar más tiempo en tan hermoso lugar. Superó mis expectativas.

Such an awesome location! The beach out front was great, the house was so perfect, lots of space to spend out! The outdoor shower was amazing! They were super helpful with getting us reservations for dinner and tickets to the park. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The shared area has laundry and a pool table my kids loved. 10/10!

A group of 4 (2 middle aged couples) stayed 4 nights in May 2025. Pictures can't actually represent the stunning beauty that you see from the entire house. The kitchen had almost every small appliance you could think of, and it was fun to cook as you could look at the mountains while you cooked. The extremely large covered 3 sided veranda was the best part of the place. You could sit outside, eat a meal at the outdoor table or hang in a hammock no matter if it was raining or not. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. Angie, the host was very so helpful and kind from the moment we made our reservation. The entrance to the driveway is quite steep, but there is a parking spot down by the entrance so if you didn't want to drive all the way up you could park there and walk up the driveway. With so many windows and no curtains it can get warm in the house in the afternoon, but if you open the doors a nice breeze comes in and cools quickly. Next time, we would stay longer!

The house exceeded our expectations. The views from every room were incredible. The outside area and pool were amazing. Close drive to excursions and other beaches. The restaurant on site was delicious and the mini super was very convenient. Our only regret is we didn’t spend our entire trip at Raj’s place. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Amazing piece of paradise if you are looking for an off the beaten path experience where the ocean isnt far & the river is just a boardwalk length's away. We hesitated about booking bc it seems too good to be true but once Luis met us on the dock & we headed deeper into the river amongst mangroves, when we unloaded and were welcomed with a fresh coconut by the keepers of the property, we instantly knew we didnt want to leave. The hammocks beckoned the two 14 y/o boys to settle in while the other 10 y/o was ready to pick her bed upstairs. Bc we were on a different eco resort before this, we werent able to bring ex snacks & drinks but Lia was able to have cold beer on the ready as the closest large grocery store is a boat ride away. We asked for them to cook. Simple delicious local flavors for food and juices. It was perfect. Can't stress how authentic and fun the tours are- we loved the waterfall hike & wished we had time for the mangrove tours. Def line fish & we loved the experience.

Great place, the pool was awesome. Lots of wildlife in the neighborhood. Local restaurant was great and store on site had all what we needed.

Our family loved this airbnb . Very relaxing peaceful location . Especially enjoyed the private outdoor shaded space with hammock and our own pool . Well equipped kitchen , comfortable beds , daily cleaning services . Would recommend without hesitation . Thank you Alvaro !

Es la segunda vez que visito el alojamiento y eso se debe a que aporta lo que necesito, paz, privacidad, es perfecto para andar en bicicleta, por la seguridad que ofrece la Hacienda, cuenta con su aguja de seguridad, sólo personas registradas previamente entran. La piscina me encanta, es el complemento perfecto, a pesar de ser invierno llovió únicamente de noche, pero de día no alteró nuestros planes. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos, muy bien equipada. La habitación, baño son muy espaciosos, aseados, cama super cómoda y aire acondicionado. Recomiendo este alojamiento y a su anfitrión a ojos cerrados, excelente persona, muy paciente, muy amable.

Our stay at Steven’s place was incredible. The place looks just as listed and is every bit as stunning. Steven was a very responsive host and was insightful about the area. The roads near the house are a little rough but totally worth it. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wow, wow, WOW! Staying at Casa Kupu Kupu was like stepping into a real-life jungle dream. We pulled up and just stood there, jaws dropped — the house is stunning and the setting is straight out of a movie. Zoraida greeted us with a big smile and made everything super easy. Every morning we woke up to the sounds of howler monkeys, birds singing, and iguanas just casually hanging out. My kids couldn’t believe it — it felt like we were living in a rainforest adventure (minus the survival gear). Total core memory! The house had everything we needed, plus it’s just a short drive to Puerto Carrillo Beach — which quickly became our favorite. Simply beautiful! Perfect for swimming, relaxing, or just soaking up the pura vida vibes. This was the kind of trip we’ll be talking about for years. If you’re lucky enough to book this place — don’t hesitate. Just go. You’ll thank yourself later.

Listen use google maps for this one, trust me. This is an amazing place and the host some of the best in Costa Rica. Do not hesitate for a moment. It was one of my favorite stays.

El lugar es muy hermoso y tranquilo, el trato y atención de Xinia fue excelente.

I have been to many Airbnb's around the world and there have been a handful that make me feel like heaven on earth. This is absolutely one of those places. The view is ASTOUNDING!! The home itself is so cool. The owners seem absolutely lovely as we got to meet them in person as they help you check in. The details they accounted for are impeccable. I would live here forever if I could. If you stay here, you will NOT be dissapointed. Sooo much to do in and around Jaco as well which is a relatively quick drive down the mountain. Rqncho Shadday, the restaurant very nearby this place is so nice as well. My family and I loved every single second of our stay here. Please also know the work they would have had to put into this place is immense to create the dreamy space they have. Absolutely loved the stay so very much!!! 20 out of 10 stay!!!

Wonderful Airbnb! Looked exactly like pictures and it was so pretty and peaceful. Was easy to find and felt safe. The only issue was the amount of little bugs everywhere. Everything else was clean. Would be helpful to have more than two towels for guests.

It’s in a remote area, which adds to the tranquility, but still close enough to Santa Teresa where you’ll likely spend most of your time. Just be aware that the roads in the area are all dirt and can be a bit rough, so make sure you have a car that can handle the terrain. Overall, a perfect blend of seclusion and access to everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

Alojamiento hermoso, con vistas increíbles. Desde que llegas rodeado de hortensias. Tiene unos jardines maravillosos.Todo en excelente estado. La cabaña es hermosa, bien diseñada. Tiene un enorme ventanal que te permite ver desde tu cama todos los jardines. Es muy segura, tienes mucha privacidad. Camas y almohadas súper cómodas. Muy bien ubicada cerca de gasolinera y tienda de conveniencia, parque del Volcán Poás y a 40 minutos del aeropuerto. Es una joya. Lo recomiendo mucho. Y a propósito tienen perritos muy amigables en la propiedad son hermosos y de repente te van saludar

Este alojamiento es increíble con unas vistas hermosas, se respira paz y tranquilidad La ubicación está súper súper bien En la parte de atrás hay un rio donde vimos tortugas hermosas!! Stephanie es una gran persona, la amamos, siempre estuvo pendiente a todo❤️ Los desayunos son riquísimos!! La única recomendación sería que si van en carros bajos, los pueden dejar en la parte de arriba, no bajar la cuestita☺️ Sin duda alguna volveremos!!

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Airbnb sehr genossen. Raquel und ihr Mann waren super lieb und freundlich und haben uns Tipps gegeben was wir in der Umgebung machen können. Die Strände in der Nähe waren sehr schön und ruhig. Das Tiny House war richtig toll und man hatte eine super Aussicht. Das Haus was liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Uns war es nur ein bisschen zu warm beim schlafen ohne Klimaanlage, aber sonst war alles perfekt.
