You’ll love my place due to the ambiance, the outdoors space, the comfy bed, and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is located on the first floor below my bungalow. **Please note, I live directly above this studio apartment with my wife & 3-yr-old baby. There will be Happy Feet noise at times but we try to be mindful. Discount applied for this.

Walk to the beach! Villa Tierra is located right on the border of the beach protected zone, making it one of the closest places you can stay to the beach! Right now we have some construction nearby, so we are offering HUGE discounts. Once in a lifetime chance to get right on the beach without the 500/night price tag! Construction is usually from 8-5 Monday to Friday, so you can enjoy the beach or the area during the day, and then relax after dark listening to nothing but the ocean.

Beautiful condo with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms! Right on the beach in a secure gated condo community. The kitchen has a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. At the beach you can look for sloths, lizards, parrots, & more. The pools are amazing! The condo is located 19 miles from Jaco & 21 miles from beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park. Located right on the beach (30 ft), this three bedroom apartment is brand new, with a large pool and outdoor terrace. The apartment is very spacious (2600 sq/ft) with lots of natural light, a large kitchen and a breathtaking ocean view. One of the only beachfront properties in the area, steps from the ocean, really one of a kind!
