Sandra's place is private, clean, and well-appointed. We hardly had any problem finding this place, and it is fairly close to all necessary amenities - highways, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. You need a car to have this place as a base, but all amenities are within 5-10 minute ride of this place. The best thing about this apartment is it is WELL FURNISHED. Pretty much what we need for a comfortable stay, it had. Be it comfortable bed(s) with pillows & comforters, clean bathroom with fresh towels & toiletries, a really well-equipped kitchen & pantry. My father, daughter and I had never experienced New England in the fall, and Sharon’s listing was very affordable to spend a week. We went on day trips to surrounding areas like Sturbridge, Salem, Boston, and Northampton. It was very close to a grocery store and a farm store and we made incredible breakfasts and dinners. The flavor and quality of local produce and seafood made every meal special. It was clean, cozy and perfect for an elder, a toddler and a mommy trying to get some peace.

Everything was great - they even had some games, snacks and drinks in the room. The bed was comfortable (a big plus) and the living areas - kitchen, tv room were comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and the sound from the other floors was limited. The location was great esp. if you are visiting Mount Holyoke college like I was; it's about a 12 min drive. The air unit (heat and A/C) worked great too. The only negatives (and I hate to call them that) were: third floor (the small flight of stairs could be challenging for some). Bathroom: a bit on the small side, just enough room for the toilet and sink (the shower is in a different, much bigger room). Overall great. Joe was wonderful, friendly and accessible.

what really stood out to me is how lovely was the bed. it was a comfy sleep. checking in was easy. it was a quiet and peaceful stay.
