Monthly Rentals in Caucasus

I stayed for one month. All was good. Utilities were charged extra than the price quoted for the leasing.

When we arrived at Parna’s place we immediately felt welcome. It was hearth warming to see how the whole family run the hotel/restaurant with passion and love! Great room to stay. Everything , from the bed to the views is 10/10.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and a big plus is that it offers some amenities you usually don’t find in regular apartments. Everything is very new, clean, and spacious, making it perfect for both short and long stays. There are two small 24/7 supermarkets (Nikora and Magniti) right in the neighboring building, and the Gotsiridze metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, getting you to the city center in around 10 minutes. Tamuna was always easy to reach. An absolute recommendation in Tbilisi – we’d love to come back!
