To my dear host, thank you Muhammed for an incredible stay at the nicest house in Trabzon. Your hospitality, kindness and attention to detail made this stay memorable for all of our loved ones. Although it was only for a few days, we will plan future stays with the wider family, especially to enjoy the beautiful scenery from every window of the house. I’m rating this as a 5 and must stay at when in Trabzon for anyone looking for a peaceful stay located strategically in a nice area with services close by.

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

The place was amazing, exactly like the pictures and we were stunned by the views and how well kept the house was! The swimming pool was temprature controlled so we swam in the cold also! and we had more than required linen and ameneties! Im definitely coming back to stay at this place as the host gave us recommendations for everything in gabala!

Beautiful villa came with all the amenities as listed. Elvin was extremely friendly and helpful. Villa was in secluded location and offered privacy. Would recommend to others and definitely will stay here again.

Numan house I can't rating it by writing because it's above any rating it's the best house I have ever seen in my life and I hope that I will be back again also his family hospitality was the best with us.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! I can’t begin to tell you how much I recommend this house

We had a really relaxed time at this beautiful villa. It was quite hot, but Irakli was kind enough to get ventilators for the rooms so we could still sleep. If airco is installed the place would be even more comfortable. The pool was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only downside we experienced besides the heat is that the water and electricity stopped working for a night, but this was remedied the next morning.

The house looked exactly as it was described and showed on photos. It is huge, new, with beautiful design and great amenities (big swimming pool with heating, sauna, outdoor kitchen and BBQ place). The area is peaceful and quite with s beautiful view, however it is easy to access it from the center with about 15 minutes ride. We fully enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not so comfortable is that we came at 15:00 pm but cleaning was actually finished at 16:00 pm. But there were long stay guests before us so they probably needed extra time to clean the whole building. It would be nice to be warned about that though.

This place is even better than the pictures! The home is peaceful, with a stunning view that takes your breath away. The host and his family are incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming — they made us feel like part of their own family. Everything was clean, comfortable, and full of warmth. We had a great stay. We had all four rooms as we were traveling 2 adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for us. Rooms were great and the same goes for the outdoor areas. City is very relaxed and beautiful. We had breakfast all 3 mornings and it was amazing. Local producers and amazing eggs and pancakes. Best thing was Aleksander him self. Super kind and generous. We tasted his different wines and liqueurs and he was always up for some interesting conversations on big and small. We would love to come back one day.

Mariam, the co-host, adds great value to this property with her prompt, accurate, and professional communication. If this is your first visit to Armenia and you’re accustomed to European or North American AirBnBs, it’s important to adjust your expectations, as the level of service may differ. However, I would definitely recommend this place based on the level of services typically available in Yerevan. The pool is quite small, roughly 3 by 4 meters, but it's refreshing for a quick dip in cold water during the summer. Be prepared to bring your own essentials, such as shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and so on. In terms of location, it’s about a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute drive to the heart of Yerevan. The property offers a beautiful city view from its spot on the hill.

Дом понравился, есть просторные общие зоны. Спальни небольшие, но если в них только спать, то места достаточно. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, настолько, что несколько раз приезжали во время нашего отдыха, чтобы полить цветы и проверить наполнение бассейна (почему-то бассейн не был наполнен до нашего приезда, а скорость заполнения невысокая). Решайте сами, комфортно ли вам с таким высоким уровнем гостеприимства :) Дом визуально чистый, но из-за того, что это буквально дом, пол был грязный, в белых носках лучше не ходить. Иногда в части спален по утрам было слышно соседские машины и разговоры, но большую часть времени было тихо. Рядом нет больших магазинов, так что еду лучше покупать в Ереване. В пешей доступности есть несколько локальных кафе и небольших ларьков. Конечно, самое главное на территории — это шикарная терраса с видом на горы и симфонию камней. Идеально для праздников. У террасы есть крыша и небольшая летняя кухня с холодильником. Общие впечатления приятные!
