stayed at two different places with the same host and both are flawless! very clean, perfect room temperature and design is overall very pretty :)

The apartment is so worth its price! Everything looks just like it does on the photos, and the style is so unique. It's evident that Nathia has put a lot of effort and soul into creating the romantic atmosphere of her place. She and her husband have been nothing but supportive and helpful. I'd recommend staying here to anyone visiting Batumi.

Good location, room is clean and tidy, Revaz is a very responsive and nice person, communication was great.

Very nice staff, very good location, the room is cozy, has everything you need for your stay, mountain view ❤️ We met very warmly in the evening, helped with suitcases. A big plus — it was possible with a cat, left only the deposit, which is refunded at checkout. One morning we didn't have time for breakfast, we went down for tea, and they just gave us some more cookies, pies. Experiences are very good. Recommended.

Otar is a great and caring host. The apartment is nice and cozy and located right on the slope. There is a ski rent right in front of the hotel.

The place is very beautiful is a room in the house of lka but with full privacy as if you were in a hotel about a quarter of an hour from the center of Kutaisi and available for a boy throughout the day I highly recommend the experiment , the schedule was changed because the tourist places (Martfly, the caves ) were a holiday on Monday, but the family with us, the family gave us a driver and gave us alternative plans

Thank you for a lovely stay. We highly recommend it, less than 10 minutes walk to ski rental and the chair lift. Very cosy with cool decor. We must also mention the INCREDIBLE Banya experience. This was totally unique and it is definitely a must if you are in the area. Absolutely worth the price. 😀

Apartment as described, spacious room, close to public transport, the host is super helpful.

Incredible place, right at the center, everything is extremely close, restaurants, bars, ski lifts, rentals. As a host Gia is also very friendly and proactive, allowed us to check-out late on top of it. can't really imagine a better place to stay at New Gudauri, highly recommended.

Good apartment and location

A must stay if you're in the vicinity of Prometheus cave or Tskaltubo, especially if traveling with kids (a room for up to 6 persons!). The pool and continental breakfast were perfect, and if never seen a hotel so vigorously kept clean. We also had the opportunity to watch Georgia's Euro match with the locals which was an unforgettable experience. There are shops and at least 4 restaurants in the vicinity and the cave entrance is a 5 minute walk. Also a remarkable opportunity to see the Imereti countryside with cows, hens and goats in the nearby houses.

Alejandro and his wife are warm and courteous, they told us their check-in notes when we arrived, we do like their tree house with hot tub which let us to relax after hiking. Their breakfast was good and local staff will send the meals on time to our tree house. Actually during this trip, the favorite is their white-colored kitty, she's not enough one year old, she listened our conversation and have breakfast and dinner together, unexpectedly on the day of check-out, she ran out to chase us seems she already realized we ready to leave. The days with her, we remember in the heart and give her name "Gulamimi" :) Hope she grow up happy and healthy.

Staying at Stephano’s Airbnb in Batumi was an absolute ripper of an experience — honestly, it’s one of the best spots I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m still grinning from ear to ear just thinking about it! Meeting Stephano was a huge honour and a real pleasure — such a genuine, friendly bloke. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with warmth and kindness, making me feel like I was catching up with an old mate over a good glass of vino. It’s rare to come across someone so welcoming and genuine, and I reckon I was pretty lucky to meet him. Now, let’s talk about this apartment — fair dinkum, it’s a beauty. It’s kept so spotless I’d have been happy to eat my breakfast off the floor (but I didn’t, don’t worry!). The decor is modern with a touch of luxurious charm — bright, cozy, and full of little touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The bedroom is a dream, mate — a massive, plush double bed with crisp, couldn't find a better location!

A good aparthotel for those who came here to relax. There is a supermarket within 6 minutes walk. And 5 minutes by car you can reach the ski slope.

Great place to visit with the most beautiful surroundings

Dada is one of Airbnb’s finest hosts. He is very kind and always responsive. His apartment is located very close to the beach in one of Batumi’s best locations. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

We rented for 7 days, extended everything for 7 more perfectly, the house is worth the money 7 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Ureki I recommend a quiet place to everyone.

Great neighbourhood. Property is better than what is described in the airbnb. Reza is polite and the great host. The guy at the front desk is kinda cocky-funny type which not everyone might appreciate. But still, even he is quite helpful. Overall, definitely a place worth paying every penny for! The only people who should avoid this place are those scared of dogs, there are a good number of them in the neighbourhood. As long as they’re not homeless, there’s no danger. But not sure about the homeless ones. I personally loved my stay here!

Everything has an advertisement face and a real face, and you can show how many places where the real face can be as beautiful as the advertisement... Cleanliness, attention, comfort, natural environment, views, quality conversation, quality conversation, lasting friendship... We are grateful for more of this experience that they have given Ms. Nilgün and Mr. Hikmet. I will not even look for another place on my next visit
