Family-friendly holiday rentals in Caucasus

We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

It was a great family home with all the amenities described and Rza was a great responsive host. I had great 5 days at his place. Comfortable living. It was also quite peaceful at nights. The neighbourhood is great, very close to all the areas. It took us 10-15 mins to any touristy spot. 👍 Thanks for having us!

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has a large kitchen and a bathroom with bath tub. The location is fantastic so that we can easily go anywhere on foot. The owner responses quickly so there was no worry about anything. We really enjoyed staying at the apartment as well as spending time in Tbilisi.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

The place is immaculate, the property, location, aesthetics everything is on point. Further the hosts are very easy to reach and amicable. Would recommend it to everyone!

I stayed here a few weeks and would go back. It is a great locstion and excelent occomidstions.

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

The place was absolutely lovely – it felt just like home and matched the photos and description perfectly. One small note: the elevator doesn’t reach the top floor, so there are a few stairs to climb. Just something to keep in mind, but it doesn’t take away from how great the Airbnb was. Highly recommended! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed the space! Great location: a market with fresh produce, many supermarkets and restaurants! To the old town by taxi, but the taxi is very cheap and we moved everywhere by taxi!!! Great accommodation!!!

This is my second time staying at Margarita's apartment and it was amazing as usual. I very much like the location and apartment itself is very spacious, clean and bright. In addition Margarita is a responsive and helpful host. If I am going to Tbilisi - this is the apartment I will try to stay at

Very nice apartment. Centrally located, but quiet. Totally worth it for a few days stay in Tbilisi. Parking can be an issue. Best chance to find a spot in the alleyway, is during daytime working hours.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

The place is spacious and very well equipped - perfect for a stay with children. Location is vert nice too: Yerevan centre is 15 mins walk, the subway is 5 mins walk. The host - Ara - responds within minutes and everything just works. Thank you Ara - we had a great time at your place!

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

Beautiful villa came with all the amenities as listed. Elvin was extremely friendly and helpful. Villa was in secluded location and offered privacy. Would recommend to others and definitely will stay here again.
