I have never had a host so communicative, hospitable, and kind as Elkhan. Days before my stay, Elkhan reached out with several recommendations on what to do in the city and offered a personal driver for getting to the airbnb from the airport. And after my stay ended, he offered another personal driver to get to my next location. Both times, the prices were marketably fair in consideration of how much public transport would have costed, and I thoroughly enjoyed every step of the way. Furthermore, the place looked exactly as the photos show and even better. Given the amenities, cleanliness, location, and especially the gorgeous view from balcony, I can confidently say a better airbnb for the price in Baku does not exist. If you have the opportunity to reserve this airbnb for your stay - get it! You will only thank yourself for years to come.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better — it’s perfectly situated within walking distance of all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. We didn’t had to use taxi the entire time, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. The unit itself matched everything in the pictures. It’s beautifully modern, with sleek interiors and a clean, contemporary design that made it feel fresh and welcoming. It was equipped with everything I could possibly need — from a full kitchen with stove and kitchenware to a washing machine, which made longer stays convenient and stress-free. What truly stood out was how comfortable and homey it felt. It wasn’t just a place to sleep — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Listen, everyone, we spent a long time choosing, deciding and generally searching, this is one of the best holidays in our lives, everything is wonderful, the sea view, the location, you go out and in 1 minute - the sea, the territory. I would like to note a special thank you for the pillows that are lush, fragrant, new, the aparthotel even has a steam generator (instead of an iron, if you didn't know, we really never got it, but the main thing is that it is😂), at check-in there was even a mosquito fumigator, although we brought our own, but it was very pleasant that the owner of the apartments was so caring. Everything about these devices is impressive. Upon arrival, there was tea, sunflower oil, salt and sugar. The kettle is without scale, new or the water is so good, it is unknown, the water can be drunk from the tap, we drank, cooked, everything is great. We have a 1.4-month-old child, we liked everything very much, there are no questions at all from the side of the owners of this apartment, smart guys.

First, Tasha is a strikingly pleasant person, very kind and responsive, provided us with absolutely everything we needed for children up to a baby cot, and baths, the apartment is very spacious, clean, the air is good, and there is always a parking space near the house. We enjoyed everything, we totally recommend and would love to come back in the future!

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

The house was as described, very clean. We found the building a bit tricky, the taxi took it to a different location. Then we got used to it, in a central location...The house was tidy, everything from toothbrush to paste was considered. Irina responded to our messages instantly and was very kind to us.

I swear to God, the owner of the cottage is good and tries to give you the best experience. It is the best thing I have ever tried. Turkey, honestly, entering the cottage is difficult, but it is worth the experience.

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

Lovely apartment next to the head of the street. Shops and cafes are just around the corner. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Sleep comfortably, quiet, you can't hear the neighbors!!! No one walks on top. Comfortable mattress, great pillows, nice bedding. We lived before in another apartment and there was very poor soundproofing. We constantly heard the neighbors talking behind the wall. Sleep is great here! This apartment has a large number of dishes, it is convenient to cook. Responsive and polite host, always available. Very Pure! If this apartment is available on our next trip, we will live only here:) Thank very much

Place is just great. Freshly renovated apartment with everything you could need. Even though there is no sea view - 13 th floor views are still amazing. The host is very helpful and friendly - always responds within 15 minutes:) great place!

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.

Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and comfortable. The location of the house is also in a nice quiet place. The beds were very comfortable, and she responded in a friendly way in a very short time to satisfy my curiosity about the 😂 smallest of things to sleep in that bed. And a very humorous host. Great place for stay, nice modern apartment that has all you need. Very good for family with kids. Good location with 24/7 supper market across the road. The host was also very helpful. I can recommend to everyone!

Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes.
