Quiet and well-located apartment, a few steps from all the main attractions. Check-in was easy and the host was really friendly and helpful, with lots of useful tips on restaurants and things to do in the area. Clean and well-kept place to stay.

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. Excellent location - walkable to railway station (25 mins) for days out and also to the central Piazza Maggiore (15 mins). It is opposite the excellent Trattoria da Me (book well in advance), there is a bakery right next door and a supermarket 5 mins walk away. It is also just 5 minutes walk to the local covered market ‘Mercato delle Erbe’ for provisions. There are lovely local restaurants at the side of this market, bars behind it and even an ice cream place at the entrance. This is a lovely apartment, no noise, air-conditioned, washing machine, decent internet, with a great roof terrace where we had breakfast every day in the sunshine. Kitchen is small but well-equipped with a Lavazza pod coffee machine. Our host Alina was always quick to respond. Highly recommend

Slightly secluded from the historic center but convenient to all amenities with the Cimoncino and Cimone slopes more or less equidistant. Apartment in a quiet and green setting with private fenced garden ideal for those with pets. Clean and functional environments. Alessia is always there if you need her. It was a pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back. Also highly recommended by our furry four-legged friends😊

We felt totally comfortable with Carlotta and Fabio from the beginning. The two were super warm and always easy to reach if we had questions, which made the stay really relaxing. The location of the place was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, which was super convenient. Overall, it was really a wonderful stay, for which we are very grateful. We had a great time in this apartment! The hosts were very kind and always available for any need, making the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is right under their home, but we had all the privacy we needed. The interior is an open space, but very spacious, well-kept and welcoming: you can immediately breathe a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a few days of tranquility. The only small aspect to consider is that the bathroom is not located inside the apartment, but in an adjacent common area. However, it is still reserved for guests and is easily accessible. Overall, an excellent solution that we recommend to those looking for a quiet, clean place with really caring hosts!

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Amazing place and the garden makes a huge difference

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

My friends (group of 6) and I had a good time. The house is nice, tidy, and close to several walking trails, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The person who welcomed us was also very nice and approachable. The only inconveniences of the house are the bathrooms, which are small, and the underground room that is located from the main house; for small groups and for short stays it is perfect

The apartment is very nice, essential kitchen, comfortable bed and well-kept garden. Far from Ferrara but well connected by city buses. Quiet environment. Very helpful and responsive host.

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.

Fantastic location. Easy to walk to restaurants and Modena’s centre. Great place to stay if you want to see Modena and don’t want to drive. The host communicated clearly and kindly.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.
