We absolutely loved Max’s place. Fantastic views, modern & space within a short walking distance of everything. Snacks and beverages included & a lovely rooftop garden. Max was also very good at communicating. We would absolutely return here.

Francesco was excellent, answering his texts promptly and fulfilling our needs. Great host. Coffee Bar & Market both within 3 minute walk. We like walking so the walk into the main part of town was no issue. Would recommend staying here.

Very quiet and relaxed place very good to get away from it all

Aldo and his family were extremely helpful. His wife gave us great clear instructions on how to use their local transport and helped us when we accidentally locked ourselves out! Totally recommend for people looking for a peaceful stay with quick train transport to bologna!

We stayed at Federicos place due to its proximity to Bologna as we were visiting the formula 1 at Imola. This is a great place to book for that or due to its location to Bologna without having to pay the premium prices that Bologna and Imola demand. We had a car for our trip and this would be worthwhile as the walk to the nearest train station is quite far. You will want to venture out as whilst there are some good quality amenities in Cassalechio De Reno, there isnt too much to do. With a car though, Bologna, Maranello, Modena, Verona, Florence and Venice and Imola are all doable as a day trip. Fede was extremely friendly, helpful and very accomdating, even happy to allow us to arrive back late after full day trips. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable was set in a calm and pretty location and had plenty of amenities.

We were only there for one night, but it was really nice. The wine Sabrina gave us was super delicious, and we also liked the small snack basket. All in all, a really nice place to stay. :)

A stay with style, heart and reliability The stay with Renato was pleasant from the first moment. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and prepared with attention to detail – you can tell that someone is a host with heart and mind. Renato was always available, friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. His style is pleasantly reserved, but always present when necessary – exactly as one would wish as a guest. The location was quiet, authentic and just right if you are looking for the real thing - far from the masses, but with everything you need. Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

Friendly host that responds quickly. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy access to train station (be aware that the last train back departs at 22:16 for anyone looking to go out in Bologna). Place is clean, nice and quiet. Parking near the accommodation is easily possible.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was wonderful. In the center of everything and walkable to everywhere. There are dozens of stores and restaurants surrounding it and we felt part of the city. The balcony was a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the sights and sounds of the street. Even during the hot summer, the balcony was cool and shaded later in the day, just in time for a glass of wine. The air conditioner cooled the apartment down well. Enrico was very quick to respond to us and answer our questions. He went out of his was to help us and we appreciated it!

Alice and Marco are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and responsive to messages. Apartment is great - bright, clean and spacious. 30 minutes walk or an easy 5 minutes bus trip into the city centre.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.
