Holiday rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Bologna

We spent Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is dirt, but easy to walk and is well worth the peace of mind. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the covered patio with curtains that shelter from the sun and wind, perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is close if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature!

The apartment is practical and very clean. It is located in a quiet area very close to the various bars and restaurants. The host is reliable, kind and very thoughtful. If I had to go back to Zola, I would take him back without any problems. Recommended!

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. Excellent location - walkable to railway station (25 mins) for days out and also to the central Piazza Maggiore (15 mins). It is opposite the excellent Trattoria da Me (book well in advance), there is a bakery right next door and a supermarket 5 mins walk away. It is also just 5 minutes walk to the local covered market ‘Mercato delle Erbe’ for provisions. There are lovely local restaurants at the side of this market, bars behind it and even an ice cream place at the entrance. This is a lovely apartment, no noise, air-conditioned, washing machine, decent internet, with a great roof terrace where we had breakfast every day in the sunshine. Kitchen is small but well-equipped with a Lavazza pod coffee machine. Our host Alina was always quick to respond. Highly recommend

Well, what can I say about Dino, a superhost👌super responsive, very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an autostrada payment too. He's a friendly person and so is his beautiful wife who made a torta(cake) for us which was delicious, along with a nice locally made bottle of wine. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. It had everything you needed. Great spot to see all the other beautiful cities around you. We will definitely be going back when we return to Italy 👌❤️

We stayed here for three weeks and loved it. Perfect location in the old quarter, easy access to great restaurants, and a nice vibe in the neighborhood. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, from all points of view. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Amazing place and the garden makes a huge difference

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

My friends (group of 6) and I had a good time. The house is nice, tidy, and close to several walking trails, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The person who welcomed us was also very nice and approachable. The only inconveniences of the house are the bathrooms, which are small, and the underground room that is located from the main house; for small groups and for short stays it is perfect

It was really a wonderful stay! It exceeded my expectations. We stayed here with my 2 year old daughter and there was also a toddler bed, and a private playground. The view was breathtakingly beautiful and it is only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful village of Dozza. Really 5 stars, a top host and top stay! Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely stay at Isabella's place! Beautiful location and the appartment has everything you need (including kitchen utensils). Isabella is a kind host who responds very quickly. If you want to use the bikes, please ask beforehand. We assumed that we could use them (as we have experienced with other places), but when we arrived, they weren't available. There are two dogs, one is afraid and therefore barks and runs towards you. Not a big problem for us, but if you are afraid of dogs, this is something to keep in mind.

We had a wonderful stay in this B&B surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. Since our arrival, we have been greeted with great warmth and helpfulness: the hospitality has been truly impeccable. The structure is well cared for, clean and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature, ideal for those seeking relaxation away from the chaos. The silence that surrounds the place makes the rest even more pleasant. Excellent cleanliness! Highly recommended for those who want to unwind and enjoy a corner of authentic peace!

A very well-maintained, clean and stylishly furnished apartment with really everything you need. Lidia has thought of everything to make her guests' stay as pleasant as possible. Due to the nearby railway line, earplugs (Ohropax) are available. The route from Google Maps sent us to the wrong end of the street, but Lidia immediately helped with advice on where exactly we needed to go. To get to Bologna, we used the bus, whose stop is only 3 minutes from the apartment. Here, too, Lidia provided a comprehensively prepared paper to help you find your way around faster. Highly recommended!

Accommodation fully matches the photos and listing, very spacious and clean. Peaceful and very pleasant setting. Gianluca and his family are lovely people. We had a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved Max’s place. Fantastic views, modern & space within a short walking distance of everything. Snacks and beverages included & a lovely rooftop garden. Max was also very good at communicating. We would absolutely return here.

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed the quiet und cozy cottage in Vignola! Perfect for a few days to explore the region and relax afterwards. The kitchen had everything you need to cook delicious italian meals. We highly recommend the winery Poli Stefano in the neighbourhood!

Would really recommend this property. In a good location in walking distance to the centre. The apartment itself is beautiful with all the amenities you need and the rooftop terrace is gorgeous. Spiros was very kind and even carried my case up five flights of stairs. Thankyou!
