Chiara was a wonderful host and communicated beautifully. Her home was filled with the beautiful tradition of her family heritage with special touches throughout; she and her husband kindly greeted us at the home and toured the property with us. They answered all of our questions, gifted us with a beautiful Easter cake and delicious blood oranges. We enjoyed quiet days, walking to and from town, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, gelato, coffees and breads. Our hosts shared the grocery store locals used and we shopped there daily to create delicious meals of our own, enjoying them at their spacious dining table. We gathered around the table for games and meals and cozied up in their living room to chat, read, and plan daily excursions. We loved our trip to the local waterfall even in the rain and a bit of snow; it was magical. We loved our tour of the small local lake at the top of the mountain and enjoyed drinks and fries at the local bar there. We even drove into Firenze for a day💗🇮🇹☺️

The suburbs of Bologna allow easy access to the city and the main towns in the area when you have a vehicle! The accommodation is great, very clean and very spacious! Laura is extremely helpful and kind.

We stayed at Simone's place with 3 adults, a baby and a little dog for 3 days. Many reasons why we enjoyed it and why we recommend everyone to stay here: interior spaces of the accommodation, size and care of the fenced garden for the exclusive use of guests (the presence of the fence, among other things, is essential for those who, like us, bring their dog), full nature of the surroundings, extreme kindness and availability of Simone as host and last but not least, it was the most well-stocked accommodation we have ever stayed in in Italy and abroad. In short, we highly recommend it to those who want to unplug from the daily city rhythms and we will certainly do it again!

Property was as described and excellent. Large, clean, modern and fully-equipped. Very peaceful and rural location. Host very communicative. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

Very beautiful villa with a simply wonderful garden (perhaps it would be more correct to say park), with centuries-old trees, a hammock, tables and a charcoal barbecue. Just a stone's throw from the center of Ferrara (7 min walk) an oasis of tranquility with all the advantages of having the city nearby. House in order and clean, everything as described, well-equipped kitchen, simple and direct communication with the host, self check-in with flexible code, check-out by 10 a.m. (only a very small flaw, doing it by 11 a.m. would be more convenient for many). Accommodation absolutely to be recommended, wonderful!

Beautiful house in very beautiful surroundings surrounded by nature, with its leisure facilities such as tennis court, table tennis table as well as beautiful outdoor pool and hiking trails of ideal recreational value for the large family! The points of interest such as Florence and Bologna, the small state of San Marino, and the coastal town of Rimini are all within easy reach by car. Highly recommended!!

I visited Italy for the first time on a family trip. It left a very good memory for my family. Although the accommodation was a little remote, The host was very friendly. I really appreciated the active communication and quick response. They immediately gave us feedback on what we needed. The most important thing for me in a listing is cleanliness, and I really want to give this listing 100 points in that regard. The bathroom and bedroom were very tidy and clean. If I come to Italy, I want to come again. Thank you very much, host. I hope your family always has good things!!

During our stay in Modigliana we've had a great time with 3 collegues. The appartements were peacefull and still, the atmosphere is magic!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.

Beautiful get-away place that makes for great vacations in the Tuscan mountains. Absolutely recommendable.

Accommodation used to break a long trip. Comfortable to get to from the highway is in the middle of lush greenery. Everything is very clean, beyond my previous experience. The spaces are spacious and rooms and bathrooms are the result of a recent renovation. The pool available to guests is really inviting. Having to redo the same route, I would choose this accommodation again.

She went above and beyond to make our stay special, organizing a fantastic wine tasting for us at Fondo Giuseppe and even welcoming us with some delicious local specialties, which made us feel immediately at home. We honestly have no tips for improvement — just book it and enjoy this amazing place!

As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.
