Super clean and cozy apartment, felt just like home. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport, coffee shops, restaurants, and very convenient for events at the Unipol Arena. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and towels smelled fresh and were nice and clean. Viviana was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming, with helpful explanations, local tips, and a kind attitude that made us feel comfortable and cared for. One of the best Airbnb stays we've had. Recommended!

Amazing host and an amazing place to stay at. Went for one night because of the concert at Unipol Arena. 30min walk to the Unipol, and 8-12mins walk from nearest bus / train stations. I suggest keeping in touch with the host about apartments whereabouts. The map pin is not 100% accurate, but wasn’t difficult to find with host’s instructions. Nearby small shopping mall with a big super market came in as a great help, as there is no smaller stores nearby. Peaceful neighborhood and beatifull apartment. Thank you Attilio!

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with all the necessities. In addition, Samuele was very kind and was attentive and concerned about us, to give us directions and other recommendations with public transport. I would definitely do it again.

Absolutely must-see experience. Convenient reserved parking! Beautiful accommodation, super clean and very spacious...! It felt like you were at home. Equipped with all comforts...! Also a vacuum cleaner and washing machine. Also very attentive to recycling! Host Chiara is super caring and attentive...! We will definitely be back!

First, the kindness and professionalism of the host were remarkable, with care about aspects all around the accommodation, such as transport, highlights to visit, information about restaurants, and so on. Also, very clear and honest rules of accommodation, with no surprises, which made me feel safe. Second, the pristine state of the apartment. Thoroughly cleaned and with care. I am certain I will prepare this place when I visit this area again.

Lovely stylish flat in a quiet area. Good base for exploring the city and nearby hills . Spacious with a good shower and firm but comfy bed . We had a great couple of days riding exploring the city and nearby hills on Vespa and E-Bikes . The apartment was spotless and easy to find with great instructions - thanks

Impeccable accommodation, very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is in an industrial area without charm but the location is convenient to make a stop because it is close to the main roads. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that has a good reputation. The place is quiet, perfect for resting before hitting the road again! We had some difficulties opening the key box, do not hesitate to call Gian Marco on video if, like us, you are not used to new technologies ;-)

Wow, this was one of our best stays ever. The apartment is so charming with great decor, comfortable, and situated in an amazing neighborhood. The beds were large and comfortable with AC available in each room. I loved that the kitchen included an induction stove moka pot for enjoying a morning coffee without leaving the house. The hosts accommodated our request for an early check in and gave some great recommendations for local restaurants. Bologna exceeded our expectations…thank you!

Apartment suitable both for visiting Bologna and for attending concerts/events at the Unipol Arena, with convenient free parking right below the house. Alessandro is a host to trust with his eyes closed, for his apartment he really thought of everything: bottles of water in the refrigerator, Nespresso pods, tea, cables to charge the smartphone and even a small welcome gift for guests. Very comfortable beds and pillows. For travelers, all of this is really appreciated. Communication with Alessandro was quick and easy. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

You cannot pick a better location in Bologna! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and had restaurants, coffee, shops, etc right outside our door. The building is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! As soon as you walk in the building, you are blown away! The apartment was super spotless and adorable. It's perfect that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is so nice but we never cooked... we were in Italy! Have to eat Italian food! As noted in other reviews, there is quite a bit of street noise at night. It is not cars as there are no cars allowed in that area but it's the noise of people eating and drinking and having fun at the restaurants below. For my in laws who were in the room that had more noise, they didn't mind. The bedroom we stayed in faces a courtyard so it was quiet. We loved having the AC in the bedrooms as it was hot when we were there. Ricardo is an excellent host and very responsive. He also gave great suggestions for restaurants! Would stay again.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
