Holiday rentals with breakfast in Brookhaven

Beautiful home in a lovely location with plenty of activities to do and sites to see. Michael and Lauren were very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcomed. They also shared a comprehensive guide to the area which was very helpful since we are new to Greenport. We hope to be back soon!

I had a wonderful stay in July. The house is well-located between Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. it is very clean and furnished nicely. The back yard and pool are sheltered and beautiful. The owners were very helpful and responsive.

Jaime’s home is lovely, very accurate from the description and photos. It comfortably fit our group- which was 6 adults and 2 kids, with the bedroom above the garage as a spare room. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is comfortable. The location is great. You can walk to East Hampton town (about a mile). The house also sits down a long driveway and has a nice size yard which was great for kids. The house is kid friendly; except the banister on the staircase was missing on one side. So unless resolved, a bit dangerous for toddlers. It seemed like a temporary problem, but worth asking if you have small children. Overall we had a great holiday here! We would come back.

I came to Stratford to attend a nearby graduation ceremony. The house was a perfect location, close to everything (I highly recommend The Whiskey Barrel). There was even a small playground/pond right around the corner . When I arrived to the home, check-in was a breeze. He provided us with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a nice surprise after a long drive. My 9 year old son approved of the book selection. Durresamin also decorated the kitchen island to celebrate my graduation!!!! The place was spotless! We enjoyed our stay, Thanks

Highly recommend Romain & Frank’s place for your Bellport stay- not only was their house easily walkable to town and spacious for our group of 5, it was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Romain was extremely responsive to any and all of our questions, and was kind enough to help us out with an early check in. Also loved having the pool available!

I visit The Brooklyn Pink for my daughters birthday party and we had so a wonderful time every was indeed pink she loved it and she’s still asking to visit again. This place was clean quiet and vibrant. I definitely recommend for a girls getaway 🩷

A great character property and a perfect place to stay and experience Bridgeport. Bob is a great representative of the area and has filled his space with a treasure trove of information about the area's rich history . His apartment is spacious yet every corner of it is filled with something of interest...either about the area, or just generally cool things. Bridgeport's history is pretty fascinating and worthy of discovery and Bob's place is located in a perfect area to get a taste of it. We spent a great day in Black Rock which is a hip area but like Bridgeport itself doesn't have any pretension about it. If you like the beach (like us) there are alot of options in the area... we took a healthy hour long drive out out to New London (Ocean Park Beach) and had a great day... the local beaches are there in Bridgeport too but we knew what we wanted and made the drive to New London to see more of the area. Nearby Fairfield and Wesport are also cool spots to hang out in and the summer night life did not disappoint in those areas. Highly recommend Bob's place as a great base to enjoy the area.

We really enjoyed our three nights here. It’s a lovely place, with spacious rooms filled with light from large windows. Each room has thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well-placed furniture, with no feeling of clutter. Antoinette’s, a wonderful bakery, is a short walk down the hill for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Just behind the house there’s an entrance to a wonderful, shady trail with views of the Hudson. Nicole and Mike are gracious hosts who communicate very well.

Was an amazing stay. Wish I could stay longer. Definitely made everyone and myself feel welcome and at home. Veronica shows a true golden spirit towards her guest and takes pride in the space she provides for her guest. 100 out of 100 recommend.

Mary Ann’s home is a beautiful gem in the right spot. Perfect for birding, a short walk to the beach, or a quick drive to the wineries. Mary Ann was respectful of our privacy, was great at communicating, & always kept us in the loop. She is the ideal hostess & I would definitely recommend her place. We had a fantastic time.

What a perfect spot in Shelter Island! Beth and team were amazing - we were visiting one night for a wedding on the island and the ceremony was at 2 PM the day we were arriving. I messaged Beth and she was extremely helpful with providing early check in to ensure we could get ready prior to the event! The actual B&B is beautiful - fantastic design, super clean, cool art and the backyard area with the pool is so dreamy. There is even a little workout area near the pool with a Peloton and a Lululemon mirror. Its a short drive from the North ferry, lots of restaurants and cafes and only a short walk to the beautiful Crescent beach. It is such a serene setting and I truly feel like I am on vacation.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfy, I am OBSESSED with the hand soap and have to find it for myself because it smells SO GOOD! I would 100000% recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!

I love Adriana’s place. It felt like to be at home. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely, I will come back to my next visit to the Hamptons.

I would definitely book this place again if I travel to New York! One min walk from the LIRR train station and easy to get to Manhattan and other locations. Garden is so clean and sooo peaceful. House was absolutely big and beautiful. Clean house, amazing garden with a hot tub. (I didn’t want to leave). William offered to make breakfast and will ask if you need anything and will always be there to help you. I enjoyed chatting with him. Such a great man!! A great host, very helpful and so kind! Thank you so much for everything William!!

Years ago I bought a charming house on a pond with the intention of converting it into a B&B, where guests could unwind, feel pampered and well fed - as if they were staying at a friend’s home instead of an inn. Unfortunately it never materialized, but Head of Pond House is the absolute embodiment of my unrequited dream, and then some. Everything about It was perfect, and I don’t say that lightly. Monika’s home is beautiful - pristine, immaculate and tastefully curated down to the tiniest detail for the comfort and delight of her guests. She and her daughter Pauline are gracious, fascinating and engaging hosts, with a deep knowledge of the East End. They offered fabulous suggestions for shops, restaurants and gardens they thought I might like, and were spot on - although I might have been equally happy staying onsite, in my amazing suite overlooking the pond. I can’t wait to return and share it with my family. Obrigada, lindas mulheres!

I had such a lovely stay! Tom and Marie went above and beyond—starting my day by dusting off my car (a small touch that meant a lot), and cooking me a delicious homemade breakfast early enough for me to make it to my car show. I also got to meet Oreo, their sweet stray, who made the stay even more special. There’s a lot of generosity and love in this place. Highly recommend!

Dale’s place was great. I had a wedding to attend in East Hampton, and this was a perfect crash-pad between wedding events. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and he provided us with much needed coffee, tea, yogurt and fruit for our mornings. Check in was simple and he communicated well. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing stay and such fabulous hosts! The home has so much charm and character with exquisite detail and high end amenities. Mark and Johnny went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! When I left, I felt like I was leaving my family! I can't wait to return!
