Monthly Rentals in Broadmoor

One of the best stays we've had! So much attention to detail around the home, from the sparkling wine/chocolate welcome to the popcorn bar in the basement "theatre". The kitchen was thoroughly labeled for easy access to the items, and Amanda had board games/puzzles available. Very clean and comfortable. The location was 10 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoom and 15 minutes to Garden of the Gods. We wish we could have stayed longer!

My husband and I loved our stay. The cottage is in a quiet area but still within easy driving distance to anything you might need. And it was only about 10 minutes from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo!

We were in town for a wedding and Katherine’s location was right by the wedding venue. It was a beautiful and private guest house that was perfect for what we needed. Katherine was a wonderful host who was very friendly and responsive and truly cares for the space and the guests stay. Would recommend her space to anyone staying in the area.

I stayed at Marie Aline’s cottage for 2 months and loved it! The decor is super cute and the amenities are perfect for a long-term stay. I was a 10 min walk from Old Colorado City, which has dozens of unique shops and great restaurants. I saw deer in the neighborhood almost everyday, and an adorable cat lives across the street! I would definitely stay here again.
