My wife and I are fairly regular AirBnB’ers and we’ve really never had a bad experience. Our overall opinion of Doug’s place, like most (if not all) of Doug’s former renters, is that this is the nicest AirBnB we’ve stayed in. In addition to having all of the typical “must-haves” like pristine cleanliness, high quality amenities and modern / tasteful finishes and furnishings, Doug’s place also has all of the intangibles which make you feel totally at home, relaxed and at peace. He calls this place a “Haven” and that’s exactly what it is. If you’re visiting Colorado Springs and want somewhere very close to all of the main attractions yet off the main streets and very quiet….look no further- book your reservation today!

I had an amazing experience staying here! The views were absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the mountains each morning was amazing. The host was equally amazing: welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Colorado!

We enjoyed staying at Corinne's place. At first, I was a bit suspicious about the rental closest to The Garden being significantly less expensive than the alternatives but there was no catch. It is rather old and simple but very quiet and private, clean and functional, with good wifi and comfortable bed. Between the air fryer and the microwave, we didn't have to go out, and washer / drier came in handy. Will definitely come back when visiting the area.

We enjoyed staying at Nicole's apartment very much. Even though it is a basement apartment, there are windows with natural light. The newly renovated apartment is very clean, bright, and comfortable. It is right next to the major streets but very quiet. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and major roads to Garden of Gods and Manitou Springs. Nicole is very friendly and helpful. Her instructions are very clear. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for almost 3 months after moving to Colorado Springs while we looked for an apartment. The stay was awesome. Barton and his team are very kind and their response time was always within 30 minutes anytime we reached out. The cozy studio had everything we needed and served us well for the time we stayed. Very clean space. Felt like a bonus honeymoon! The area is a little noisy at different times of day and sometimes at night but not intolerable at all. It is walking distance to the grocery store and Starbucks. It is also very close to Red Rocks and Garden of the Gods if you like hiking. We took advantage of the close proximity frequently! There are also lots of good restaurants close by. We would stay again 100% and definitely recommend it to anyone else. We hope to be able to book for friends and family when they visit!

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

My family, I, and some friends stayed here, we loved the place. The host were super nice, responded in a timely manner. The house was easy to access, really spacious, clean, there were extra towels, blankets, and anything you need. They even have toys, which my daughter loved! The backyard was really cute, we seen a deer one of the nights! Definitely recommend staying here!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5-Star Stay in Colorado Springs! Our stay at this Airbnb in Colorado Springs was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home — from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy blankets and thoughtful local guidebook. The location was ideal — just a short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and some amazing hiking trails. We even found great coffee shops and restaurants nearby thanks to the host’s recommendations. The host, was incredibly responsive, kind, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they really care about their guests' experience. Whether you're visiting for adventure or relaxation, this Airbnb is a gem. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at The Sunset Retreat! The hosts were very helpful and responsive, and the house is close by to so many beautiful attractions.

Josh's place was great! I was a long term guest with my two boys and the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Any questions I had were answered promptly. They were super nice! The boys and I would definitely love to stay again! Thanks so much, Josh! 🙂

So easy to check in.. Decorating was well done in this cute place. The renters upstairs were quiet. Refrigerator was very nice with a super ice machine The shower head gave a wonderful shower experience. .. nice kitchen but does need some microwavable dishes - beds were comfortable but the couch was not comfortable to sit on ...too hard. It took me a while to figure out the remote for the heating/AC- some directions would have been handy. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit. Some of the outlets don't hold the plugs in ... Philip communicated well in a timely manner. There is a parking space behind the building, but it is a tight fit so we found it easier to park on the street.

Perfect stay for my little family. Close to the city but felt tucked away with a nice view from the deck. Comfortable with all the modern conveniences with easy access to nearby hiking and outdoor activities.

The house was beautiful and exactly as it was described. Kristen was very helpful and went out of her way to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. She also left a little book with instructions for everything as well as recommendations on places to go to eat and sight see.

It was what my wife and I were looking for, for a weekend getaway.

The place was clean and in the prettiest location. The neighbors were quiet. It is a college town so at night it can get a little noisy but nothing you can’t sleep through. gorgeous place over all

Enjoyed our stay very much! Very cute and clean, felt so relaxing and comfy! Upstairs apartment renters can be heard easily, but older home so expected..still adorable so worth it! Felt safe and secure with location close to Olympic training facility. Recommend for sure and will stay again! :)

If I could rate Brenda's place with a million stars, I would. This place was amazing. We came to Colorado (from Buffalo) for a family wedding and stayed with family members in Brenda's house. Roomy, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. Brenda thought of every detail. Brenda was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Everything was labeled in the kitchen so while cooking I didn't have to keep randomly opening cabinets looking for what I needed. I even took home a few ideas for my own kitchen :) Even though the place is owner-occupied, you would never know it. It was very quiet. The deck, hot tub, and firepit were a beautiful way to relax after running back and forth to the wedding venue for 2 days. Waking up in the morning and stepping out on the deck to see the beautiful Pike's peak was absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home! If you have a date in mind and it's open -- don't hem and haw about it -- because it will be scooped up!

Beautiful place to stay! My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The amenities, including the hot tub and surrounding seating areas, are very nice. Awesome location, beautiful cottage, and the host was great! Highly recommended!

I have stayed in vacation homes around the world, and Casa Colorado is one of the best. If there were a rating above super host, I would give it. As well as providing a comfortable, cozy retreat in a beautiful setting, Brian and Franka also provide very thoughtful things, such as very specific directions, a snack basket, chocolates by the bed, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hair straightener, fan, and noise machine. When the hair dryer quit working, Franka was quick to provide a replacement. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as we had our morning coffee and a few meals outside. The hot tub was a fabulous treat after busy days sightseeing and hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at peaceful, serene Casa Colorado and definitely plan to stay there again.

If you stay at Cheri's place, be warned, you might never want to leave! The apartment was beautiful, so clean and thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items, coffee, bubbly waters, lots of towels, not to mention a washer/dryer in the unit. Possibly our very best airbnb experience yet! Cheri was so kind and sweet and extremely flexible when I kept changing the reservation. We loved the area where Cheri's airbnb is located and the outside sitting area was private and offered amazing views. We will definitely be back!

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.
