The best of all worlds is at the MesaTop Cottage. Inside are two bedroom-ensuites separted by a shared great room with a fully appointed kitchen and wood burning stove. Outside you'll find the circle -- a place for sitting around a Solo stove. Inside or out, there's stunning views of the Rockies, and incredible skies. A short drive down the mesa finds Durango, Colorado with all of its restaurants, unique downtown shopping, hiking , biking , skiing, hot springs, and all great things beyond .

The upper level (only) of this home is great for a couple, families and/or a group. The upper unit includes private entrance, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen and a washer & dryer. The home can sleep 2-10 people comfortably! The views are fabulous and breathtaking year-round! There is a gas BBQ grill and utensils for your outdoor grilling for your family and friends! We live on the ground level and can easily assist with any recommendations, maintenance and/or needs.

The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

This log cabin style house has great views, a grill and hot tub on deck, fenced in back yard, backyard chickens for fresh eggs, is walking distance to Lake Simpatico and two play grounds for children. The location is great for those wanting to enjoy Durango (20 mi) and Pagosa (50 mi) . If you are into fishing, hiking, hunting, paddle boarding, etc. there are many lakes nearby. The house is also right between Purgatory Resort (one hour north) and Wolf Creek Ski Area (one hour south).
