Monthly Rentals in Baunei

I was a bit unsure what to expect as the pictures just dont do it justice. The apartment looks fantastisc, is spaceous and it has that authentic mediterranean feel to it. 10/10 the apartment and the location within the city. Giovanni was also incredibly kind and understanding, always answering very fast to any question we might have. Great host. And the city is an authentic little sardinian village up at 500 meters on the cliffside of a mountain. It is beautiful to walk through it in the evening and the restaurants are open until 11 or 12. The pizza ia great and affordable. The best views in the world. And only 15 min drive to the beach. The only thing i would say is to rent a small car if you drive here, it will be easier to find parking😅

We had a great stay at Giovanni's place. There is enough space for a couple spending there a week, the kitchen is well equipped and the place very well located if you are planning to spend time in the mountains hiking or climbing, while still being pretty near the sea (a <20min drive will lead you to very nice beaches). The roof terrace was of course the highlight of this place for us, it is very spacious, almost directly accessible from the flat, and the view is stunning!

The stay at Elias' in Baunei was super nice. The house is exactly as photos describe. The garden is beautifully done. Although guests also live above, it is not disturbing at all. You are down there all by yourself, so it is very quiet. In the morning we had a visit from a small cat family, which was super cute. We were there for 13 days and felt like we had arrived from the beginning. We once had problems with the Internet and once a power failure, Elias was immediately there and solved the problem. We can definitely recommend the accommodation. We would definitely book with Elias again. Paulina and Norbert

We had such a great stay at this beautifully remodeled stone home! The place has so much character, with original stonework and decor that really fits the style of the house—it feels both cozy and stylish. You can tell a lot of care went into making it feel special. The views are incredible—whether you’re inside or out, it’s just stunning all around. Super peaceful and relaxing. The home was spotless when we arrived, and everything was really well taken care of. Communication with the host was excellent—very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique, comfortable place with charm and a view!
