It was an oasis of peace and nature that we found ourselves in. With the most beautiful sunset while sitting on your own terrace of your cottage. Highly recommended!

The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

A little paradise... we found at Ugo's. A very clean house that was well equipped with everything you need. In addition, there were fly screens on all windows. The outdoor area with pool and vegetation is very well maintained. The house is located in a small complex just outside, which is secured by a fence and is under video surveillance. Ugo was reserved during our stay, so we had our privacy, but he was always available to us. We had a very nice time here and are considering coming back. Clear recommendation!

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Perfect host, ideal apartment for those who want to base themselves in Baunei and discover the surroundings of this wonderful corner of Sardinia. Host always available and very kind! Thank you for everything!

Very nice accommodation and garden, as in the photos. We felt right at home. It is rural, quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The garden is simply a dream, the porch swing was my absolute favorite place. The grill was also great and the amenities were great, everything you need was there. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a sofa in it. It was still a bit chilly in the evening and we had to go in, so we could only sit at the table. But there's not really room for a sofa. But that was just a small thing. We enjoyed the stay very much, it is a very cozy cottage and we highly recommend the stay.

Villa Casula was everything promised. Clean private and close to great restaurants and bars. It was in a real neighborhood not a tourist trap. The Villa was decorated so well, we left feeling inspired to redo our house 😂. We are looking forward to returning as both the Villa and the Country won our hearts. Alfredo, Sabina and Giovanni and Sophia all were amazing and made it so easy.

We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

Outstanding in every way. Even better than the pictures if that is possible. Would return in a heartbeat. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Tito!

Place was very clean and spacious. It was a bit challenging to find but the host was very responsive and gave helpful instructions. They also helped with any inquiries and concerns that we had. Overall we had a great time at Vincenzo’s place 😀

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. A beautiful spot. We spent 4 days exploring the area and it was a great home to come back to after long and adventurous days. Very comfortable and we loved the panoramic views. Ignazia was very hospitable. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Sabrina’s place! The accommodation was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Sabrina was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great. We’d definitely come back – highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in Orani at Valerios place. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. It’s also just an hour and a half drive to either Olibia or Sassiri which Valerios place a great jumping point.

This was a very peaceful location with a beautiful garden. The house is an idyllic Italian house on the country side. It was a perfect stay for us with our 1 year old daughter who could play inside and outside. Lucia gave us fresh strawberries from her garden and was always very helpful. We highly recommend!

Beautiful detached cottage in the middle of a spacious garden. Very quiet location, but Orosei and the beaches are a 5-minute drive away. The house has beautiful outdoor showers to refresh and a gorgeous seating area with outdoor kitchen. Highlighted are the kindness and support of hosts. We arrived at the car with a tire damage and Massimo took care of a workshop and everything else right away. Congratulations to our hosts for this. The hosts were always available and helped us with everything. Once the gas bottle for the stove was all, we informed Maria and for 10 minutes Massimo was already in front of the door with a new gas bottle. Great. The only downside: the hosts can't help it, but every neighboring property felt at least one dog. Unfortunately, these dogs sometimes bark all night, so you can only sleep with the windows closed.

Marco's accommodation was great, very clean, with a very well-appointed exterior where it was very pleasant to enjoy the coolness of the evening. Well-equipped overall and pleasant setting. But unfortunately from the ground floor apartment where we were, we did not have a view of the bay as indicated. It is also difficult to get to the city center "a stone's throw away" except for great athletes! But if you have a car, the area is super nice with lots of activities

In about 5 minutes' walk to restaurants , shops or supermarket (Conad) - excellent. Quiet location, nothing disturbs sleep. The photos are essentially correct, but make the rooms much brighter/more pleasant than in real life. Amenities and cleanliness are really good. Sitting in the garden was hardly possible because of the mosquitoes. For coffee drinkers, there is only a small espresso/mocha pot (1 cup) for the induction stove or instant coffee. One double bed is very good/comfortable. In the 2nd room, there are 2 beds next to each other. However, the mattresses are a few cm shorter and narrower than the frames/slatted frames. My son is about 1.85 m and couldn't sleep on it. Paola brought a new mattress the next day, which was thicker but not bigger. We then exchanged the rooms, as no larger one could be procured. The communication with Paola and her helpfulness were perfect! Overall, a great week that the three of us were able to spend there. Thank you Paola!

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Thank you so much for a great week!
