Family-friendly holiday rentals in Baunei

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and table soccer are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your peace, as the villa is somewhat secluded.

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

We had the most wonderful stay at Anna's Airbnb! The house really felt like a home, filled with books, paintings and an amazing array of kitchen utensils - we definitely settled in right away! The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

The spacious house with high ceilings is located in a fragrant herb and olive grove with the beautiful opportunity to feed animals, which our children loved. The terrace offers plenty of space to relax, the rear terrace even has a pool, which fascinated the children. Gabriele is a great host, communication was easy. We recommend the stay 100% and will gladly come back. Thank you

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

We were very warmly greeted and received by Antonio. The house is in a very quiet location surrounded by vines, just outside of Dorgali. Wonderful for relaxing holidays and highly recommended.

The house definitely exceeded expectations. There was plenty of room and the views from the rooftop were incredible. The beds could have been slightly more comfortable and it was a little noisy due to road noise but we settled in very well. The parking was pretty easy. I can understand how this place seems to be fully booked almost until October and I found that June was a perfect time to go to this part of Sardinia as although it was super warm and you could swim in the sea it was not too hot at night . Virginia recommended some great restaurants and the communication communications were super helpful throughout our stay.

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

Very nice large and air-conditioned accommodation equipped with everything you need, great location and very good communication with hostess. Highly recommended!

The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

Wow! What a stunning location, beautiful sea view at the front and mountains to the back. A lovely terrace to enjoy them from and a spotless, well equipped property. The photos can not do it justice. Lovely and peaceful location with a great infinity pool to use as well. Antonio was very helpful from start to finish, thank you.

A little paradise... we found at Ugo's. A very clean house that was well equipped with everything you need. In addition, there were fly screens on all windows. The outdoor area with pool and vegetation is very well maintained. The house is located in a small complex just outside, which is secured by a fence and is under video surveillance. Ugo was reserved during our stay, so we had our privacy, but he was always available to us. We had a very nice time here and are considering coming back. Clear recommendation!

Maurizio was very friendly and helpful with tips for e.g. restaurant . The complex is very private, only 2 apartments and quiet. Pool is brand new. Apartment is sufficiently equipped and clean. Also definitely recommended to book both apartments with 2 families, for example.

Beautiful location with views of Mountains and Sea. Exclusive use of the pool and 10 minute walk or short drive to the beach. Villa is rustic but had all we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

We had the best week at this home near Cala Gonone. The hosts we're very friendly and gave us some great local recommendations. We stayed in June during a heat wave and the house stays cool in the evenings with the breeze and beautiful surroundings. Everything is easily accessible by car.
