We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

Fantastic place to stay. The villa is huge, beautiful, clean, grand and kept in a great condition. We were a group of 8 and could possibly fit 8 more people. The pool is a highlight and such a relief after a long day out. Very conveniently located to Tbilisi. FYI, follow host’s directions to get to the house. Maia and Vano, that live on premises are the most warm and hospitable people. If we needed anything, they would go above an beyond. There may be water issues during your stay, but if you communicate these, the issue will be resolved in no time. Good kitchen and spectacular dining room. Backyard and its residents (doggies, turkeys (?)) are picturesque. Oh and the wine!!

We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Very clean, cozy and quiet, and the view is just amazing! Special thanks to Lusia - she was always in touch and helped with any questions. This is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature. We'd love to come back here again💕

Perfect place for a stay in September.

We are so grateful for his hospitality and beautiful home. It stands out in a way few places do. The fireplace was fantastic during a cool nights and his neighbors were very kind. We fully recommend staying here if you're looking for a place due to its proximity to Tbilisi and Saguramo.

Great place to stay, great wine made by the host, and the landlady was very warm.The house embodies the good taste of the house owner, the room is very beautiful and the view on the second floor is good, and the telescope can see the snow mountain more clearly. Thank you for the hospitality.

This home was perfect for my six week stay. The bedroom, kitchen and living area were the perfect size and the rooftop was a bonus. The views and the outdoor space were gorgeous and added much joy to my stay. Tamar was the ideal host, always friendly and responsive. If there are Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, then this is the place in Batumi. The house is beautiful! Not far from the center of Batumi, in a quiet area, on a mountain, with its own yard and affectionate cats living exclusively on the street) The house has everything you need, very clean and in the rooms and bathtubs, good plumbing, stable water, the kitchen has every detail! The living room is amazing, with a five-star view from the panoramic windows and a very beautiful interior! The bedrooms have a stunning view of the sea and city. In clear weather and on the mountains! We arrived in Batumi the day when the weather was like an apocalypse, but the hosts did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Christian and Magda for the warm welcome, you have a beautiful home you want to come back to!

A wonderful stay with Irine; we have been travelling for some time and to stay somewhere so quiet, which feels so much like your own home was a real highlight. We loved it and were very sad to leave after three nights. Irine gave us great instructions how to get there and we were able to check in early which was appreciated. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and shower has strong pressure. WiFi worked well and Netflix is available on the tv. Easy walk into town and all local attractions. The personal touches like her Mum putting our washing out of the rain, shows the level of care you get. Would love to stay again if ever in the area and highly recommend.

Perfectly located, I was sitting hours just enjoying the night city view. lots of kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable. Great back yard with everything needed for barbecue. Will definitely come again!

The most helpful landlady ever! She helped us organise a surprise birthday party. She came home before us and prepared the cake and balloons and everything!! The view is also amazing in the balcony. We are super greatful for everything

It was not entirely what I expected but it was a very very pleasant experience. Lado was so nice and we had a lovely chat with him in the evening. If I am close to Batumi I will go back.
