Had a great weekend! Half an hour from Batumi, next to the river, around the picturesque mountains! There is a grill, for an additional fee there is a sauna and a swimming pool in the summer (not yet in season). The house is cozy, warm, in perfect condition, has everything you need.

We rented this house for 10 days and had a wonderful family vacation! Koba is a very kind and sympathetic owner. He was available at any time and quickly resolved any issues. He made many useful recommendations about places to go for walks nearby. The house fully matches the photographs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and more. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed, there was enough bed linen for us to change clothes, as well as towels. The location of the house is very good, 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is a small store with all the necessary products within a 7-minute walk. The house has a comfortable area, equipped with hammocks, a summerhouse, comfortable chairs and a barbecue area! The small forest opposite creates an exceptional atmosphere! I would like to come back here again! Thank you so much, Koba!

Everything was excellent! This is a place for a relaxed vacation. Spacious, beautiful house. Beautiful view from the bedroom to the pine forest. Large green area. The house was cool, although it was 30 degrees outside. There is parking at the house. The host is responsive, always very quick to respond to messages. Sandy beach one minute away. Everything is made for a comfortable stay for the whole family! I recommend this house! Now this is one of the favorite places in Georgia

I would like to thank Sophia, her mother, and her father. I did not meet Sophia, but her parents are wonderful. Her mother brought us coffee, baklava, and chocolate. As a kind of hospitality, the cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had two days in their quiet cottage, one of the most beautiful days of our lives. 🌹 Those who are looking for tranquility will find it. They are interested in the most authentic details and the cottage decorations are very beautiful. Sophia's mother is wonderful. She was always smiling. Thank you and I will repeat the visit and advise everyone to visit the place 👍👍👍

Amazing super peaceful place. 20 meters from the famous magnetic beach, but feels like whole beach and sea is your privately owned, cz it’s empty and all for you. We would love to come back in the future!

We loved our stay in Buknari, a great home with a phenomenal view. The spring was lovely and we were welcomed by our host so warmly. We will cherish this holiday and beautiful homely getaway very much

Nice house with minimalistic and stylish renovation. I especially liked the kitchen area. Just like in the pictures. There is everything you need for cooking, as well as: washing machine, dishwasher. There is also a barbecue area and an outdoor seating area. There is no need to bring the skeleton or grille with you. The advantage of this house: two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and separate exits to the street, very convenient. We were at the end of September, the beach is sparsely populated, the sea is not deep, but amazing. Great location, not the first line, but you can even hear the sea from the house, walk for 1 minute, very close. By the way, there is a small Nikora store nearby, the essentials can be purchased there. Walk 8 minutes. We liked everything, we definitely recommend it)

Lovely village, green nature, peaceful neighbourhood.. Lovely, Clean, full feature house and responsive/polite landlord. We will definitely stay again soon.
