Отличный новый дом с двумя полноценными спальнями. Отдохнули хорошо.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Встретили с семьей Новый год в этом прекрасном доме. Жильё превосходит все ожидания. Абсолютно новый таунхаус только что из под ремонта. Все новое и свежее. Кровати мега удобные и комфортные. Есть вся необходимая техника и посуда для длительного проживания. Хозяин очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. По нашей просьбе привезли домой елку и игрушки, за что отдельная благодарность! Обязательно вернёмся сюда в следующий раз!

From the first minute after arriving we felt like at home. During our stay me and my wife got sick unfortunately and Eto‘s family took care of us right away with delicious Georgian food and raspberry jam. We felt like being taken care of by our own parents and it is unbelievable. We are really thankful for the hospitality we experienced in this house. This was our best stay in Georgia for sure. The location is great and you will find everything you need within five minute walk. If you get a chance to stay here, please do so and you will never regret! If I get a chance to come back to Batumi, this will be my favorite.Спасибо вам огромное за все и привет из Германии☺️

Temiz ve güzel bir ev de kaldığımı düşünüyorum, ilgi alaka süper. Mutlaka yaşanılması gereken bir deneyim.

The place is great! Very spacious, well maintained! And the photos are not going it justice its better in reality 😄. Awesome place for big groups! But a little far from the center that’s it. Everything else is 10/10

Puikus privatus namas su uždara teritorija ir erdvia svetaine bei virtuve, keturi atskiri kambariai su kondicionieriais, buvo visi reikalingi indai ir įrankiai, kieme naujai įrengtas baseinas buvo didžiausias vaikų džiaugsmas, kiekvieną vakarą leidome įstiklintoje pavėsinėje kurioje įrengtas kondicionierius, TV ir nedidelė virtuvė, labai draugiški ir paslaugūs šeimininkais kurie pasitiko mus su vynu ir vaisiais. Atstumas iki centro didesnis nei tikėjomės bet šalia yra nedidelė parduotuvė taksi kuri labai greit atvažiuodavo, o svarbiausiai kad jūra buvo visai šalia . Šalia esantis oro uostas pradžioje truputi gąsdino, bet lėktuvų tikrai nėra tiek daug (2-3 per dieną) kad erzintu ir naktį jie neskraido arba mes jų negirdėjome. Mūsų dviejų šeimų kompanijai su vaikais šis namas buvo puikus ir labai patiko.

Beautiful house with plenty of character in a quiet location. I loved the different rooms with well stocked kitchen (bonus points for having a teapot!), spacious bathroom and big, comfortable bed in the bedroom. There was a bit of confusion upon getting in through the gate, but other than that I enjoyed my stay!

I find this place as a hidden gem. Perfect location! It is described as an apartment, it is actual a separate house. I liked the décor made with roses, even on cups! The only thing what needs improving is a shower, the water is running but suddenly it could get either too hot or suddenly very cold! Great communication all the way throughout my stay! I recommend!

the place was good walk 10 minutes to the sea , the view was amazing and the man catched us from the bus station , checked in early 1 hour and give us free bottle of red wine good quality , but the place need some clean specially the toilet and the doors need some maintenance and the house door don't lock with a keys , they didn't answer easily but totally the place was good and worth and the view was amazing , recommend it 😊👍

We had a great stay in Khatuna's appartement. We enjoy in particular the private garden, but the whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing. Khatuna is a very nice host and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was also perfectly located in old Batoumi so that we could easily walk around and enjoy all the main Batoumi attractions and good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we - come back to Batoumi!

Милый уютный дом в три этажа, сдается первые два. Нас была компания из 6 человек, все поместились, также раскладываются диваны и кресла, если людей будет больше. 100 метров от моря, в окружении зелёных деревьев. Тихо, спокойно, недалеко небольшие магазины и круглосуточный SPAR. 10-15 минут на машине до самого Батуми. С террасы дома открывается захватывающий вид на море и старый Батуми. Хозяин был вежливый и всегда на связи, любые вопросы решались в кротчайшие сроки. Хорошее место, приеду ещё.

Замечательная квартира! Нам четверым было достаточно места. Квартира чистая и прибранная, в ней было комфортно. Большая гостиная с парой диванов и кресел была нашим любимым местом - часто все вместе там собирались. Квартира находится на первом этаже трехэтажного дома, хозяева живут на втором. При заселении хозяйка нас встретила, все показала и рассказала и всегда была рада нам помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Сам дом находится в частном секторе, до моря идти минут 15, до магазинов минут 8. Есть большой и просторный внутренний двор, где можно парковать машину. В квартире есть кондиционер, который находится в гостиной, его вполне хватало, чтобы охладить все помещение. Пол в квартире каменный с включённым кондиционером он становится совсем холодный, лучше иметь с собой тапочки. Последние пару ночей у нас выпали на сильные грозы с дождем, и в это время отключали электричество. Как я поняла, в такую погоду это довольно частое явление в Батуми. Тем не менее, отпуску это не помешало:)

Einfache, ordentliche Wohnung in bester Lage. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Lieben Dank!

We absolutely loved our stay in Inga's paradise. It was so embedded in nature. So peaceful, serene, fresh, and a beautiful. A 10 minute walk to the sea. Birds chirping every morning. Inga was an incredible hostess. She welcomed us as soon as we arrived, helped us with our bags, presented us a bottle of Georgian wine, made us some Turkish coffee and gave us Georgian candy for our kids. She was very proactive to make sure we were happy all of the time. She gave us great recommendations and wanted us to have the best experience. Our kids loved playing with and feeding the local neighborhood cats. Only thing to be aware of is its up a decently steep hill...so if you're with someone elderly or disabled it might be too much of a trek for them. But there are also always taxis available at the bottom of the hill. Great experience. Thank you Inga for being such a hospitable host! God bless you!

We had a lovely stay at Tarashi's place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

A great place to stay, peaceful, sunny, cozy, you would love it. Location is also perfect, it is 20 min walk from Sarpi beach. Host is very friendly, allowed us to check in early and checkout late. Will come back here!
