We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Everything went great, very kind hosts Met us from the airport and helped us get to the house. The houses are cozy, clean, there is a lot of greenery, a pleasant garden. The apartment was simply great – beautifully furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee - a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful accommodation in an indescribably beautiful and quiet location overlooking the sea and the Turkish coast. The host is responsive and attentive. The interior is clean and of high quality, there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation. I didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come again.

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Nice place for a short holiday. The place is very similar to what Andrey describes. The most challenging part might me the lifts - they can get very busy sometimes. Parking in the streets around is free (but not everywhere), even though sometimes chaotic and not always easy to find.

Orbi block D2 is the most spacious and modern. You come in, and you already like the beginning of the check-in. Since the trip was not only for recreation, but also for work, it was important for me to have a work surface. There are two additional tables for such purposes - this is a big plus. You can comfortably work on your laptop. Only in these apartments from Orbi I saw a large coffee maker, if you are with a company, you can brew at once - it saves time! Clean,cozy,quiet. Especially I want to say thank you for the care for the guests - in the bedroom there is an extra closet for things and suitcases. There is also the possibility to turn on a calm lighting mode near the bed - there is LED lighting, which makes the room ultra-modern, you can not strain your eyes. There is always water and tea, which you don't need to think about in the first hours of your stay. I recommend it.

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

Great apartment, very comfortable and well-equipped. About 15 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Batumi and with good restaurants nearby. She answered quickly and provided good local recommendations. A 10/10 accommodation! We loved it 😊

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs
