Monthly Rentals in Bass River

Dan, Kathleen, and Joe are fantastic hosts. From the moment we pulled into the driveway they were nothing but friendly, flexible, and embracing (something that matters to me quite a bit as an African American when travelling to new places - you just never know, you know?). Their place looks just like the photos and is an accomodation of beauty, solitude, rest, and relaxation. In other words, a cozy cottage in the northeast. The only thing I will note, is that because you're surrounded by some fantastic greenery, a spider or two may appear during your stay. The place is maintained wonderfully but nature is still present :) . Not a dealbreaker for us by any means but something to note for the arachnophobes.

We had a wonderful stay at Monica’s place! Right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and the ice cream shop right near there is out of this world! Would 100% stay again!

Very nice airbnb! We enjoyed our time here for my bachelorette trip. The beds are absolutely amazing- the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The place is so clean and has so many things to keep you entertained. The back yard is so cute! Would loveeee if there was a hot tub! Only thing to be mindful of is the neighbors- even though hours say quiet hours are 11 PM- 7 AM, definitely plan to be quiet earlier. The neighbors were peaking through the fence and messaged the host wayyyy later on the next day that we were being “too loud” when we were being mindful of our noise level. The host is super responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

Believe the 5 star reviews!! What a fabulous cozy slice of heaven quietly nestled right off a main road and in proximity to so much!! The bungalow itself is the cutest quaintest most charmingly decorated place. They have everything you could need and more, and yes the bathroom is what dreams are made of Highly highly highly recommended for a couple or a small group and for hoomans with furbabies!!! <3 Violet's place is perfect and we can't wait to return.
