Hotel holiday rentals in Bar Harbor

Cute little inn with everything you need. Kind of in the middle of nowhere. Very remote feel which is great. Megan and her cousin and the folks there were very hospitable. Only issue i had was with the WiFi. As I had to take a few zoom calls it kept going in and out. Otherwise the place is awesome, highly recommend.

This is a lovely inn with old school charm. Our room on the third floor was not sumptuous, but it was sweet, absolutely immaculate, and complete with comfortable bed, crisp linens and AC. Megan is a friendly and helpful host. The Northeast Harbor area is beautiful and a refreshing change from the crowded, tourist filled Bar Harbor and the main trails of Acadia. There are hiking trails that begin right behind the inn or at a three minute drive to Thuya or Asticou gardens - a plus to also be able to explore the immaculately tended blooms. The in town restaurant, Copita, only a short walk, is not to be missed.

The stay here was beautiful! We only stayed one night but definitely would’ve loved to stay longer. It was such a peaceful, clean, and charming experience!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. The location is super close to Acadia National Park. The room we stayed in was so cozy, clean and felt so homey. We loved the breakfast the next morning, the blueberry muffins were to die for. I wish we were able to stay here for more than 1 night. If you’re thinking about staying here.. you most definitely should!

The Inn was one of the best parts about our visit to Mount Desert Island! Stunning rooms and gardens, incredibly kind staff and cozy accommodations. Waking up to the smell of coffee and fresh flowers down the hall was a dream, especially after some crazy hikes. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Beautiful comfortable place to stay. Roomy bathroom with bath. Small kitchen with basic utensils which we used for a simple dinner one evening instead of eating out. We were tempted to make use of the fireplace because it was lovely but too tired after hiking all day!

What a great place! Walking distance to everything so we didn't have to worry about parking. Clean, comfortable room with everything we needed. Breakfast included fresh omelets made to order by Annie. She was wonderful and started our day right! The hot tub was pleasant and the welcome glass of wine was appreciated. We hope to come stay again!

We were in a tight spot with another rental that fell through and were really happy to find this with just a few hours notice. The apartment is nice and the hot tub, pool, and other amenities were great. I think the price is out of line with other two-bedroom options but we were desperate due to the last-minute situation. Note the kitchen has good tools, pots, pans, etc. for meal prep but there are no spices, oils, plastic wrap, etc. as with other AirBNB rentals. Maybe because this rental isn’t booked very often? The massage chair was a HUGE hit with all of us after hiking around all day. The location is perfect for walking to the waterfront or downtown and the bus pick up is very close.

Great place to stay for Acadia NP. It’s minutes from the park, has parking, good wifi, and necessary amenities (hot tea and coffee, gym, 24/7 front desk). Our room had a balcony with great view of the coast and islands. The only thing I’d call out, which is similar to other reviews, is that the furniture is a bit outdated. Kinda has a bit of a musty smell / situation to it. Other than that, we loved it!

The place was nice and clean and their response time was pretty good. The only thing I would have liked to have known before booking the place was that the condo was on the third floor with no elevators. Besides that, everything else was nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming Airbnb just outside of Bar Harbor! The location was peaceful and felt like the perfect Maine retreat—close enough to explore Acadia and Bar Harbor with ease, but tucked away enough to enjoy the quiet and beauty of nature. The space was so cute, clean, and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was just as described (if not better!), and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would 100% book again!

We loved this cottage! It had everything we needed, was clean and bright, styled beautifully. We enjoyed borrowing records from the office to listen to. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. An easy drive to downtown and other points of interest. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great little renovated motel with very comfortable bed. Very close to Acadia and Bar Harbor and all of the great seafood Maine has to offer.

Was hesitant to stay here as it seems like a newly remodeled place that just opened and had little reviews...but it was great! Simple, non-cluttered room with hot water, tv with lots of streaming services, a heater to keep you cozy, a fridge, microwave, and even a coffee maker. Worked well, even if 35 minutes away, for our day trips to Acadia!

The place was great! Such a nice room for such a great price and super close to both Acadia and Bar Harbor. I will definitely be coming back next time I come to Acadia.

We would absolutely stay again! The record player in the room is a great touch and everything you need is conveniently in the room. Alex is a great host and very welcoming!

What a gem of a place - thanks to the time, attention and care of Alex, his wife and their staff! We would definitely choose to return for a longer stay next time we are in the area.  The property is immaculate, both indoors and out. Cabin #16 is well appointed with thoughtful touches - comfortable bedding and furniture throughout, beautiful nature-centric coffee table books for a quiet evening learning more about Maine, and a sparkling bathroom with quality soaps and towels. We commented several times on the cute details and the cleanliness of the cabin which made our stay so cozy and enjoyable. Cabin #16 was perfect for our group of 3 adults. Beautiful ocean view at the front and great access to many miles of walking trails out back!  A few minutes drive to downtown Belfast, plus wonderfully situated to many great towns nearby. Do yourself a favor and book a cozy cabin stay, you won't regret it!
