Located in Northeast Harbor, we are walking distance to the Marina, restaurants, and shopping. We are a short bike ride away from the Brown Mountain Gate House to enter Acadia. A 15 min drive to Bar Harbor, and steps away from the school with play spaces, and even a free public pool (July & August). We are the gem you have been searching for.

Our 1847 farmhouse is centrally located on Mt.Desert Island. A private entrance leads to an upstairs, sunlit, suite with a queen bedroom, living room with futon, private bath, and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker. The house and stable, which once served the livery needs of Mt. Desert, are located on one of the major island roads. Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and the 'Quiet Side' of MDI are all close by, but be prepared for summer traffic.

With 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms & one large loft) /2 baths it is the perfect spot for a family or two to enjoy. Whether you enjoy sipping coffee on the deck, sitting by the ocean, or exploring the tide pools by the shore, there are many areas to enjoy. Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. Especially during the winter months, you may want to include trip insurance.
