Great location! Located in a quiet neighbourhood in downtown Dartmouth. Close to the ferry, bridge, bus terminal, playgrounds, Sportsplex, grocery and drug stores, liquor store, bars and restaurants. It is a fully furnished two floor, two bedroom, one bathroom flat. This is the upper level of a duplex. There is one queen size bed in the master bedroom, single bed (can be changed to queen sized bed) in the second bedroom and sofa bed. All brand new appliances. One parking spot in the driveway.

This is a super clean and air-conditioned residence! A very convenient location; a 10-second walk from the bus stop, a two-minute walk from a grocery store, cafés, brewery, laundromat, hair salon, and restaurants. Enjoy a very private Short-term Bedroom Rental in my house with a non-smoking private deck and a nice kitchenette with a dining area. Free street parking is nearby and I pay up to two-night indoor parking ($8/day) during the winter parking Ban. Not suitable for children/pets.
