Cute little inn with everything you need. Kind of in the middle of nowhere. Very remote feel which is great. Megan and her cousin and the folks there were very hospitable. Only issue i had was with the WiFi. As I had to take a few zoom calls it kept going in and out. Otherwise the place is awesome, highly recommend.

This is a lovely inn with old school charm. Our room on the third floor was not sumptuous, but it was sweet, absolutely immaculate, and complete with comfortable bed, crisp linens and AC. Megan is a friendly and helpful host. The Northeast Harbor area is beautiful and a refreshing change from the crowded, tourist filled Bar Harbor and the main trails of Acadia. There are hiking trails that begin right behind the inn or at a three minute drive to Thuya or Asticou gardens - a plus to also be able to explore the immaculately tended blooms. The in town restaurant, Copita, only a short walk, is not to be missed.

This is a wonderful place to explore the southern part of MDI. Close to Jordan Pond, 20 mins to Bar Harbor. Northeast harbor is a beautiful little town with good eating and shopping options. The staff was super friendly and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

The stay here was beautiful! We only stayed one night but definitely would’ve loved to stay longer. It was such a peaceful, clean, and charming experience!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. The location is super close to Acadia National Park. The room we stayed in was so cozy, clean and felt so homey. We loved the breakfast the next morning, the blueberry muffins were to die for. I wish we were able to stay here for more than 1 night. If you’re thinking about staying here.. you most definitely should!

The Inn was one of the best parts about our visit to Mount Desert Island! Stunning rooms and gardens, incredibly kind staff and cozy accommodations. Waking up to the smell of coffee and fresh flowers down the hall was a dream, especially after some crazy hikes. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Beautiful comfortable place to stay. Roomy bathroom with bath. Small kitchen with basic utensils which we used for a simple dinner one evening instead of eating out. We were tempted to make use of the fireplace because it was lovely but too tired after hiking all day!

We were in a tight spot with another rental that fell through and were really happy to find this with just a few hours notice. The apartment is nice and the hot tub, pool, and other amenities were great. I think the price is out of line with other two-bedroom options but we were desperate due to the last-minute situation. Note the kitchen has good tools, pots, pans, etc. for meal prep but there are no spices, oils, plastic wrap, etc. as with other AirBNB rentals. Maybe because this rental isn’t booked very often? The massage chair was a HUGE hit with all of us after hiking around all day. The location is perfect for walking to the waterfront or downtown and the bus pick up is very close.

The place was nice and clean and their response time was pretty good. The only thing I would have liked to have known before booking the place was that the condo was on the third floor with no elevators. Besides that, everything else was nice.

Great place to stay for Acadia NP. It’s minutes from the park, has parking, good wifi, and necessary amenities (hot tea and coffee, gym, 24/7 front desk). Our room had a balcony with great view of the coast and islands. The only thing I’d call out, which is similar to other reviews, is that the furniture is a bit outdated. Kinda has a bit of a musty smell / situation to it. Other than that, we loved it!

Great apartment for a stay close to Acadia national park.

We cannot say enough good things about the Blue Nose Inn. Spectacular scenery, great accommodations, location!!, not to mention the piano bar.

This was my 1st experience with Airbnb and 5 stars amazing experience I will never forget . This was my 1st vacation in over 8 yrs of working 2 jobs and my birthday trip and it was a trip of a lifetime for me . Relaxing, great adventures at Ar. National park and this location was perfect . The rates were reasonable . Very private . They had amazing spotless property with hot tub and pool plus more and the staff were so amazing and kind . My host went out of his way to help me print reservations for the national park . I will be returning not only to bar harbor and will stay at Arcadia resort world again

*Clean inviting place to stay. *The fold out sofa was amazing. Not a typical fold-out, it was spring free and comfortable. *Loved the atmosphere music on the TV when we arrived. *Very clean and spacious. Good storage. *Internet was quick for some work we had to do *Kids loved the hot chocolate and tea in the lobby. *The complex was very empty when we visited. It felt like a staff-free hotel. *If you are looking for rhe stairs go to the very end of the hallway. There are not signs. *Minimal communication with host, but no issues. I was surprised there were not check-out instructions, but easy process. Note: If you plan to do laundry, bring $9 in quarters. There was not a place to get change and no other option to pay for laundry.

Just go to the property to check in. Very new and warm place to stay. Around 20-30mins drive from the Acadia National Park. They provided some coffee and pastries on the first floor. Apartment has all the things you need when traveling, good value!

Excellent location that is really close to Acadia and the center of Bar Harbor. Quiet area. Everything was as decribed. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, easy check in

Great location with a park entrance right up the road and great restaurants down the street. Housekeeping was awesome getting everything we needed. We liked the end room and will ask for it when we come again someday. Thanks!

This was a great choice! Close to Bar Harbor, clean, quiet, modern, private, and very comfortable. Stayed 3 nights and loved it. My wife was very happy. For safety sake there are bright lights outside (which is great), so just bring a mask if you need it totally dark when you sleep.

What a cute and cozy overnight we had. Close to Ellsworth with lots of things to do and places to eat. Also close to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Very clean and easy.

Was hesitant to stay here as it seems like a newly remodeled place that just opened and had little reviews...but it was great! Simple, non-cluttered room with hot water, tv with lots of streaming services, a heater to keep you cozy, a fridge, microwave, and even a coffee maker. Worked well, even if 35 minutes away, for our day trips to Acadia!

This is s classic motel. microwave and fridge in room. access to the room is via code. Did not see the host during our stay, but he was responsive to our questions before we arrived.

Tristan was a great host who went above and beyond for us when we had questions. The facility was close to downtown Bar Harbor, Hulls Cove Visitor Center (Acadia National Park), and Ellsworth (closest Walmart). We recommended Gallaghers Travels to family and friends looking to visit within the next year. We would absolutely stay again!
